It usually depends for the Mediterranean and the Arabs have like dark circles it's hereditary for many people but also the sleep plays too. I have medium hereditary dark circles and I find it makes a charm depends on the person. But many people don't like there "dark circle" because is a complexe and that it's different from the pigmentation of the skin.
