We arrived at the border around 11am.On the Tanzania side the clearance was very first. On the Malawi side i am telling you it was a disaster. We used a clearing agent for clearance but it took us approximately 4hrs to clear the vehicle and our passports to be stamped. A very corrupt border post and disorganized. They have not yet moved to the One stop border post like Tanzania and yet it is finished and operational. Just not you will be asked to pay clearance fees but only a fraction of that money will appear on the receipt. They ask for money to stamp for you the passport, otherwise you will be there for a longer time if you don't pay. Thank you for watching and for your time too. Well appreciated.
