When I was around age 6 I went to my first orchestra concert, Danse Macabre was the song that was played, being half asleep i woke up startled by the first note (It’s really jarring) and from there a battlefield played in my head. I asked for a violin and got one a year later. I’ve played since that day, it’s like a person that won’t leave you alone whom you grow to love. When your in an orchestra, your job is to make it so that the audience can hear the story in the music. I’d say the people in orchestra are the ones that have the most fun because it’s like we’re playing out the scenes while you guys watch.
"It was a sad song. It was a happy song. It was a song of a summer day from years ago, tucked between faded memories like a flower pressed between the pages of a heavy book, now dusted off and clean. It was a song of an artist mother and a warrior father, and sons that were both. It was a song about the grass beneath Wilbur’s feet and the sweet scent of flowers in his lungs. It was a song about war and ruin, and grief and loss, and the nightmares that still managed to take him by surprise even when he was awake, and living anyway. It was a song about love and all the ways to say it: sacrifice and a cup of hot tea waiting at his desk, chess during the lazy days and music during the hard ones, leaving and staying, remembering and forgetting. It was a song about family, born or made or found or rediscovered. "

bro can you not say that. like fr just talk about how this song is good. read what sadist said..."Please dont spam their comment section relating to this video, instead just show them some love. Please respect creators"
@@SnipingGod-mk9jk I'm sorry, but i don't see the problem? I only said that the animatic helped me discover their music and that I'm very happy about it. I didn't even say the name of Sadist's video. I'm sorry if i did something wrong though, i didn't mean to
This song has such a raw yet simultaneously reserved energy, like someone quietly slipping into a depression while trying to claw their way out. The major section is a ray of hope, but that hope is temporary, the recapitulation inevitable. This is a nonchalant tango with one foot in the grave, waiting for fatigue to drag the other helpless foot in. I want this played at my funeral.
Good luck. After two years everything becomes a lot easier and when you play it for a really long time it feels like a third arm and you can just focus a lot more on the sound
I found this song when I first watched SAD-ist's Sunsprite's Eulogy, and I was like : "oh, this sounds nice... i wonder where I can find the original song," And then as soon as i clicked in : "i CaN't LiVe WiThOuT ThIs-"
I cannot believe how beautiful this piece is, especially having the SAD-ist animatic with the first half of it. I could listen to this for hours on end and not get bored, it's such an enchanting piece!
This just is soo good. This just is something with sad vibes to it, something from a Studio Ghibli film and something that you expect to be in Anne Frank's Diary.
Such a beautiful piece played by such beautiful and skilled musicians. The pairing of guitar and violin is so unexpectedly enchanting. It's a privilege to hear this for free
I’ll admit that I originally heard you guys’ cover of this song from an animatic. I must admit, I absolutely loved it, though I’ll always think of the animatic when I hear you play. The animatic was so sad that it amplified the angst of the way you played, and I loved that, but I cried multiple times watching it. You two know how to play in a way that makes me feel things.
If this ain't played at my funeral, and my tombstone isn't surrounded by yellow flowers and there is in someone playing violin and guitar I'm not going.
The beauty of this music and the skill of these musicians are making me want to learn how to play this song with my violin. You know what? I’m finding the sheet music and learning it 😀 Other instruments would not sound so good with this piece. Guitar really brings out the "cafe" in Cafe 1930. I think the guitar is like the coffe/coffee beans being grinded and made into coffee while the smoothness of the violin is like the silkiness of milk.
I really wish I found such a beautiful song way before the sadist animation. The way the song just plays out tells such a great story without having to say a single word! Really love the song it's so beautiful
Me tomo el atrevimiento de hacer un comentario en español, dudo que lo lea alguien y mucho menos la intérprete pero es increible la calidad de este video en todas sus dimensiones. Todo de altísimo altísimo nivel.

"They conquered nations, he and his golden-haired friend. They were bathed in glory, twin gods shining in the middle of a bloody fields. But as their empire grew, so did their enemies. They came in droves, day after day, and before long Techno had forgotten what peace tasted like. The days were long and the nights were longer; every flicker of movement was a spy in the shadows, every ally was a potential traitor, every word was a declaration of war. Their home had become a target for a thousand armies." -Passerine Pg 10.

Ye but also you just brought it up as well even tho SAD-ist said not to spam anything from her animatic or even her name- other than that this comment is true people just not reading description
I have never heard nor thought of these two instruments intertwining into such a beautiful, melancholic bittersweet, and warming melody. There's so much emotion, and so much skill in each string that's being plucked and strung together. In awe.
People in the comments telling people not to spam certain project are the ones spamming lmao. Just enjoy this beautiful piece and stop spamming under comments. They aren't discussing the project they are saying what made them to discover this masterpiece and then talk about the actual music. It isn't a spam
You can just switch the comments to newest and already you'd be wrong. Besides, tying the music to the fanwork is kind rude, since it's not like they made the music for the fandom.
Music like this is so under-appreciated across the world with the majority of younger children only being interested in pop (not that there is anything wrong with that, I like pop myself, but there is brilliant music like this which they haven't discovered which I believe would definitely make their day) instead of listening to notes that you know weave a tale. Great Job and congrats on all the well deserved credit you are gaining.
I don’t know why I never left this comment sooner but firstly Thank you so much for this wonderful piece Secondly This song awakened apart of me I didn’t know was there, a glimmer of some emotion I can’t place so thank you for getting me to experience this and I hope it will be played at my funeral when I die.
This is genuinely one of the most beautiful pieces I have heard. There is so much emotion in the way that both musicians play. Keep up the amazing work and continue to bring your beautiful music into the world.
absolutely absolutely absolutely gorgeous. so much talent it takes to be able to tell a story with two instruments. the musicality, the emotion, it makes me cry. ahhhhhhh
This is so nice, despite seeing it somewhere first, I appreciate the music. It’s very emotional and I can’t keep it out of my head. Especially this part 2:19 (you know why)
I feel like this piece is the equivalent of the saying ¨Why use more word when few word do trick¨ The emotion they convey without lyrics is astounding!
I find it lovely how I discovered this piece from somewhere else and listening to it again and again it just grew on me, I found it beautiful the first time I listened to it and it just kept getting better and better, rooting it's way into my heart and becoming soundtrack for many of my art homework sessions or for many scenes in my daydreams, from calm walks through towns during warm summer nights to angsty scenes where characters are angry to eachother. This piece just has so much emotion in it and at the same time it's so calming, it's like the calm at the center of the storm you can feel it's power yet you can decide if you want to feel it's warmth or it's devastating power on another note, as someone who has just recently picked up a guitar learning this is being fun but also some parts are being a bit of a nightmare haha that's ok tho, one day I'll learn how to play it well
this music speaks of so much emotion without saying a single word...

bro can you not say that. like fr just talk about how this song is good. read what sadist said..."Please dont spam their comment section relating to this video, instead just show them some love.

I love the wording of this comment seems like epic poetry or something
Was almost a haiku (at least the first 3 lines)
No such luck with comments such as these When I play the violin .:)
fascinating how just 2 instruments are capable of creating such a beautiful work of art
Nice pfp
This was my last straw, this video made me decide to take violin lessons
Good luck!
Hope you will stick to this hobby and become one of the pros!
I’ve been learning for 5 years, it will be hard at the start but later everything will be so easy! Good luck
Good luck. After two years everything becomes a lot easier and when you play it for a really long time it feels like a third arm and you can just focus a lot more on the sound
no cause literally same lmao
Get ready for a world of hurt lol, and be prepared to get out your sponges
I found this song when I first watched SAD-ist's Sunsprite's Eulogy, and I was like : "oh, this sounds nice... i wonder where I can find the original song,"
And then as soon as i clicked in : "i CaN't LiVe WiThOuT ThIs-"
I love that both instruments look worn and well-loved. I'm a guitarist, so I noticed that first, but they're both such beautiful instruments.
Man, I just want to say that this is so beautiful! You both are so talented and I’m so glad I was exposed to this! :D
Bro, one of my sisters are subscribed to you, and now I keep seeing you everywhere--
This song is so beautiful, I am so glad this gem is getting some well deserved attention months later 💚💚💚💚💚

2:00 such a slight change in notes, but such a large shift in mood
I don't think I've ever heard a violin and guitar fit so perfectly together
"Without requite or deadline, I will love you forever."
I cannot believe how beautiful this piece is, especially having the SAD-ist animatic with the first half of it. I could listen to this for hours on end and not get bored, it's such an enchanting piece!
1:58 is definitely my favorite part.
Me too
Sameee- I love the emotion that’s put into the violin part! So melancholy-
Yeah it makes be Cry.

agreed :)
It doesn't matter how we found this. Let's just enjoy the beautiful music together :)
THAT FAST BIT??? HAS ME GASPING FOR BREATH?? AMAZING (Starting around 1:58)

I just went through the 5 stages of grief in 6 minutes and 46 seconds
The four stages of grief are tou- Five? The fifth is revenge. What revenge did you take?!?!?!
Anger, depression, denial, bargaining and acceptance. There’s five
#Tubbo
@@-blxssombear- Denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance in that order
With music like this, better add a sixth stage just for good measure
unironically the best classic piece I've ever heard
Never in my life would I have thought that a guitar and a violin would sound so good together. Even with no words I feel so moved by this
Fell in love with this music a while back and I'm happy sadist video gave it the fame it deserves
she always picks underrated songs, and im sure its on purpose. she's using her platform to help smaller creators, its amazing
If this ain't played at my funeral, and my tombstone isn't surrounded by yellow flowers and there is in someone playing violin and guitar I'm not going.
The beauty of this music and the skill of these musicians are making me want to learn how to play this song with my violin. You know what? I’m finding the sheet music and learning it 😀
Other instruments would not sound so good with this piece. Guitar really brings out the "cafe" in Cafe 1930. I think the guitar is like the coffe/coffee beans being grinded and made into coffee while the smoothness of the violin is like the silkiness of milk.
the music is so poetic on its own. its like you can tell the entire story, how everyone feels just by listening to it ;--;
I really wish I found such a beautiful song way before the sadist animation. The way the song just plays out tells such a great story without having to say a single word! Really love the song it's so beautiful
even after 3 years i still come back to this cover 😭 its played so beautifully and it captures so many different emotions
This sounds like something out of a fairy tale, it’s beautiful.

"They conquered nations, he and his golden-haired
friend. They were bathed in glory, twin gods shining in the
middle of a bloody fields. But as their empire grew, so did
their enemies. They came in droves, day after day, and
before long Techno had forgotten what peace tasted like.
The days were long and the nights were longer; every
flicker of movement was a spy in the shadows, every ally
was a potential traitor, every word was a declaration of
war. Their home had become a target for a thousand
armies."
-Passerine Pg 10.
Honestly I found this song because of SAD-ist but this entire song is just a masterpiece on its own showing so much emotions and now here i am and literally bought a guitar just so i can learn this one particular song and goddangit i will practice and try to perfect this if its the last thing i do
This is amazing, it is a great example of how music is another language, this song says so much and is filled with meaning without speaking a single word
Thank you to those who refrain from flooding the comments with, well I won't say but if you know then you know.
But more importantly, amazing piece! I'm thinking that it's likely you won't see this but thank you for posting this!
Good guitar / violin duets are extremely rare.Well done. I wish I could like 100 times!
Well you can like 100 times by simply opening 100 TH-cam accounts and liking this video 100 times. You can also like and dislike the video 100 times, thus accomplishing your wish of likeing 100 times.
The transition from Part B of the song back into Part A at 5:04 literally made my jaw drop, it was seamless and just absolutely beautiful!
2:00 i just- uwah this is to beautifull, i'm crying
I find it funny that the majority of comments that have to do with sad-ist are either
•showing support
•telling people not to make it about the animatic and instead show support
so true bro
Ye but also you just brought it up as well even tho SAD-ist said not to spam anything from her animatic or even her name- other than that this comment is true people just not reading description
True lol
I swear by this, a person is 10x more attractive the second they show that they can play an instrument with passion, and this is no exception
I have never heard nor thought of these two instruments intertwining into such a beautiful, melancholic bittersweet, and warming melody. There's so much emotion, and so much skill in each string that's being plucked and strung together. In awe.
From now on, whenever I hear this song, I will have a mental breakdown on how beautiful and emotional this is.
Piazzolla's works sound perfectly on any instrument, but this version for guitar and violin sounds imposing, sublime, monumental.
came from an animatic :] this is a really beautiful piece. so much emotion despite there being no words. i love it !!
I don’t know why I never left this comment sooner but firstly
Thank you so much for this wonderful piece
Secondly
This song awakened apart of me I didn’t know was there, a glimmer of some emotion I can’t place so thank you for getting me to experience this and I hope it will be played at my funeral when I die.
This is genuinely one of the most beautiful pieces I have heard. There is so much emotion in the way that both musicians play. Keep up the amazing work and continue to bring your beautiful music into the world.
absolutely absolutely absolutely gorgeous. so much talent it takes to be able to tell a story with two instruments. the musicality, the emotion, it makes me cry. ahhhhhhh
One of the most beautiful melody that ever was made.
This songs makes me reminisce about this I would like to forget, and somrhow it manages to both hurt my heart and ease my soul
This is so nice, despite seeing it somewhere first, I appreciate the music. It’s very emotional and I can’t keep it out of my head. Especially this part 2:19 (you know why)
@@mrs.taylor7974 shhhhhhh
I feel like this piece is the equivalent of the saying ¨Why use more word when few word do trick¨ The emotion they convey without lyrics is astounding!
watching this gives me chills. both musicians are incredible and I could watch them play this beautiful music for ages
This piece just has so much emotion in it and at the same time it's so calming, it's like the calm at the center of the storm you can feel it's power yet you can decide if you want to feel it's warmth or it's devastating power
on another note, as someone who has just recently picked up a guitar learning this is being fun but also some parts are being a bit of a nightmare haha
that's ok tho, one day I'll learn how to play it well
The fact that this song can put so much interpretation into it is truly amazing
This song is absolutely gorgeous, and there's just so much emotion and feeling put into it
