Hey meg, I’m so sorry about your mommom, I work in a hospital and deal with patients who have C-diff everyday. It’s very common and I hope she knows that, and doesn’t get discouraged. She caught it from the facility she was at, no fault of her own! Sometimes I feel bad when I have to gown and glove up when caring for patients with C-diff because I don’t want them to feel like theyre dirty or anything, it’s a very common infection, nothing to feel bad about!! Make sure you clean things with bleach because that’s the only thing that will kill C-diff! Much love to you and your family! ❤️❤️
C-diff is so common around the hospitals where i live. Both of my grandmothers caught it and sadly passed away from it 2 years appart. Terrible infection, its great that doctors and nursing staff try to be hypervigilant about preventing the spread of it.
Maybe if you took out the wall flowers and didn’t light any candles for a while you could see if that’s what causes Grey to be so sick all the time? His nose lines up with where the scent comes out.. it’s not hate just a friendly suggestion.
I totally agree. And again no hate what so ever. But it is a known fact, that not only wallflowers & candles, but also ESSENTIAL OILS can definitely make dogs sick.
Jillian S some oils are very beneficial but many are toxic especially cheap oils or ones off Amazon I only use reputable brands such as Young living and DOTERRA however, candles and plug in scents are not healthy for anyone. Many people don’t realize it either. Having a house with birds I can’t even use hair sprays, nothing aresol, no candles, etc.
If the vet told you Greyson is having problems with his breathing why don't lay off the candles and plug-ins for awhile? Let him enjoy some clean fresh air

I’ve been a registered nurse for 7 years.. c diff is not fatal lmao I would say 75% of elderly patients get c diff while in the hospital.. it’s very common when you’re on antibiotics.. you love to make a mountain out of a molehill..

I say this out of concern not to be a "hater," like so many of you minons are going to say. But please consider wearing your seatbelt the right way. I know it's uncomfortable but it isn't meant to be worn behind your shoulder. If you get into an accident you are risking seriously hurting or killing yourself. I'll never forget watching those driver's ed videos of what happens to people who are in car accidents when they aren't wearing their seatbelts right. They were only using dummy's but still...I'll never forget my senior year of high school when one of my classmates was killed in a car accident and her best friend who was her passenger survived. The police told this girl that her seatbelt was the only thing that kept her alive. So please keep your safety in mind. You think nothing bad will ever happen to you but it's always the ones who think they are invincible that end up learning something the hard way.

Saying that acrylic is bad for your nails is kind of mind blowing coming from a cosmetologist..it all depends on the products being used, the nail tech, and how you care for your nails...just like gel polish or sculpture gel anything can damage your nails equally if one of those things are off
I really wish you and other vloggers would pay attention when driving, it's such a bad example to set and is dangerous to not only yourself but everyone else on the road. Please wear your seat belt properly, again it's setting a bad example to the younger people watching you. This isn't just directed at you, a lot of vloggers do it.

My grandmother also developed c-diff after pneumonia. She was hospitalized for pneumonia, but when they were discharging her for that you could tell she was still sick. She almost died from it, because they didn’t catch it quick. Everytime we visited her we had to put a gown and gloves on, and we had to use bleach to clean everything! I’m sorry your grandmother is going through this, hope she gets better soon!!

I hope she gets well soon , I had it really bad , and I had a breathing tube, and it's serious, I feel your pain , my 2 year old couldn't come see me for 2 weeks almost because it was so bad . I really hope she feels better!! Cdiff is actually mainly caused by antibiotics! So the fact that she had antibiotics from pneumonia and she is of older age, cdiff is rather common unfortunately! Usually unless they have the number one common sign of it, it’s very hard to find out someone has it. Speaking from experience, a lot of our patients have it and we don’t necessarily know unless they show the number one sign. Hopefully she gets better and can come home soon!
Nothing feels better than a fresh new set!! I attempted to take mine off and I couldn’t get one hand off so I went 5 weeks without a fill it was so gross and felt so good to get a new set! I’m so sorry for your mommom, unfortunately a lot of rehab patients get pneumonia and cdiff it’s so sad. Glad she’s in the hospital now and getting proper care! Prayers she heals soon 💕

Hey Meg, The flies/gnats you have may be drain gnats (not saying they are! Just something to consider/eliminate). I knew someone who had a similar issue recently and they would pour boiling water down their drains to kill the eggs and removed all the indoor plants from the house until they got rid of the flies (so they had nowhere to breed). Anyway, although that’s grim hopefully it helps! X

Yeaa C.diff isn’t fun. I am a nursing student and whenever I am in the hospital and there is a C.diff patient, they WILL be placed on contact isolation. So yes, you have to wear gloves, and a gown :) Hope your grandma feels better ❤️

Saying acrylic is bad for nails is like saying hair color is bad for hair. 🙄🙄 it is all in how you properly use things. Gel and acrylic have the same chemical makeup. I referenced Doug Schoon because he is a scientist specifically for nails. Check it out. You know, if you actually care about facts.

I hope she gets well soon , I had it really bad , and I had a breathing tube, and it's serious, I feel your pain , my 2 year old couldn't come see me for 2 weeks almost because it was so bad . I got better within 1 month in a half. I'm glad she's feeling better. Take it easy loves. Make sure she gets a lot of rest and just breath easy. ❤

I really hope she feels better!! Cdiff is actually mainly caused by antibiotics! So the fact that she had antibiotics from pneumonia and she is of older age, cdiff is rather common unfortunately! Usually unless they have the number one common sign of it, it’s very hard to find out someone has it. Speaking from experience, a lot of our patients have it and we don’t necessarily know unless they show the number one sign. Hopefully she gets better and can come home soon!
Nothing feels better than a fresh new set!! I attempted to take mine off and I couldn’t get one hand off so I went 5 weeks without a fill it was so gross and felt so good to get a new set! I’m so sorry for your mommom, unfortunately a lot of rehab patients get pneumonia and cdiff it’s so sad. Glad she’s in the hospital now and getting proper care! Prayers she heals soon 💕

The flies/gnats you have may be drain gnats (not saying they are! Just something to consider/eliminate). I knew someone who had a similar issue recently and they would pour boiling water down their drains to kill the eggs and removed all the indoor plants from the house until they got rid of the flies (so they had nowhere to breed). Anyway, although that’s grim hopefully it helps! X

Yeaa C.diff isn’t fun. I am a nursing student and whenever I am in the hospital and there is a C.diff patient, they WILL be placed on contact isolation. So yes, you have to wear gloves, and a gown :) Hope your grandma feels better ❤️
