I find most other Sim builders to be subpar at best and generally uncreative. This is truly amazing. You’re bringing something so unique to the table. They’re not all the same house with slight differences. The only signature you have is that every build is absolutely stunning and creative. The technique and eye for detail is kind of mind blowing.

One of the best designs in architecture I´ve seen in te game. You must be an architect. This is by far the best mansion for this 65x64 lot. I downloaded like 20 of the ones in the gallery, and not one of them convincend me. All the ppl tend to fill all that space with multiple bedrooms and pools. You nailed it. This yard needs a good amount of open space to make it look good.
The fireplace, cabinet placements in kids rooms and the diy wardrobe we’re all amazing ! Definitely techniques I’ll be using in my own builds x entire thing was beautiful good work x

Omg I loveeeeee this. I really appreciate how you showed how to make the fireplace. If you can please make tutorial videos on how you furnish homes. It amazes me how you all use objects differently and together with other ones I love building but get bored furnishing because I don’t know what to do.
Thank you so much!!! 😊 🥰 I wouldn't know how to make a tutorial on that, because I don't place furniture according to any rules, at least not consciously. I just have a vision and then I try out different items to match it. Sometimes it turns out completely different from what I had first imagined. It often takes a lot of trial and error. 😅 But I enjoy the process. I try to place the furniture in a way I would in a real house. The only "rule" that I occasionally follow is that I match the color of furniture to some decorative item (e.g. a painting) in that room. I often find inspiration on the web (real estate tours, interior design images, etc.), but I don't replicate full houses or rooms, but take little ideas from here and there.

Thank you for your remark about the trash can house! That's hilarious!!! 🤣 I actually enjoy making stop motion videos. With some thinking ahead the process of making one is not tedious at all. I'm still learning, but I've refined my workflow tremendously since making the first one. 😊
These stop motion builds are my favorite on TH-cam by far, but who knew diagonally cascading like that would be so satisfying. And the mixing in live animations with the stop motion is a very creative touch too. A really good shuffle on the "typical" stop motion builds you see around. Cool stuff.

For the doors to open I used to make my sim call a pet who was on the other side of the door. Sometimes it was difficult to find the right angle so that the pet didn't show up in the video. Recently, I discovered CC that makes my sim invisible, so now it's actually very easy to open doors. 😉

Thank you so much! 🥰 The split level room is easy to make. 1) Build the foundation and outer walls of the rooms surrounding the sunken level so that there is no wall where the windows of the sunken room are - pause at 00:27 to see the shape of the foundation. Adjust the height of foundation. 2) Cover the grassy terrain of your sunken room with floor tiles. 3) Build the window wall of the sunken room elsewhere, pick it up and put it in place. OR build one tile wall in the opening of the sunken room (starting it from top of the raised foundation) and drag it to cover the whole wall (similarly to the fireplace tutorial at 8:30). And that's it! Backyard different height foundations are also somewhat tricky but easy too. You have to leave one tile wide gap between the two foundations of different heights. Then raise the terrain in the gap to the level of your lower foundation and cover it with floor tiles. The only place where the terrain cannot be adjusted is by the sunken room's window wall, that's why I used floor grates there to hide the uneven ground. 😉 I hope you have fun and good time building your house! 😊
