Good morning happy Monday morning and I just wanted to say that your vlogs is amazing and you are amazing Supporter I'm proud of you and I loved your channel
All those mouth watering food. Some old classic and new food I need to try.I thought you were Australian as your American acsent isn't distinct. Gr8 to know you grew up in Singapore. Good stuff.
So curious what kaya toast is like 🤔 When I first visited Hong Kong, I really liked how people lined up and the doors had set open/close spots that people would leave space for people to come out. I didn’t realize this until I was standing in an “open” spot then noticed the arrows on the floor and why that spot was open.
Yes I love that too!! I never noticed it while living there until coming back and visiting. So smart and instills a sense of community good, and kaya toast is so good!! Kaya kinda tastes sweet, coconut, but also has a nutty flavor of the pandan
Oh thank you! Maybe it’s called onde onde in Malaysia / Singapore? Not sure but thank you for clarifying ❤️ and it’s SO GOOD I’m obsessed and sad that when I leave I won’t get it in the US 🥲
@@MorganVenn th-cam.com/video/d5kV3BlR784/w-d-xo.html onde-onde is very easy to make. this is a good recipe. recipe already adds green pandan leaves liquid into dough but if too pale, u can add green colouring. if no pandan leaves in us, just add some vanilla extract. enjoy!
@@MorganVenn im a malay singaporean and yeah we do call klepon ondeh-ondeh here just like how in singapore we call curry puffs or kari paf/pastel-how its called in malaysia & indonesia(cmiiw)-epok-epok instead.
I’m sorry but as gay man 3:01 was my favorite part of this video! Haha But seriously, I’m going to follow this whole itinerary in three weeks when I arrive in Singapore! The only thing is I have to do it all in 24 hours as I leave to Bali the following morning! 😭 Btw your boyfriend Niko is perfect! 😍
I would highly recommend you try kueh dadar if you haven’t already!! It’s kinda similar to onde onde, but it’s like a rolled crepe with coconut and palm sugar inside 🤤🤤 SO GOOD
As a fellow girl who struggled with eating, I’m so proud of you! Glad you enjoyed your time here in SG :)

Hey Morgan! Great video! Is it pretty easy to eat dairy/egg free? (Allergy)
yes so easy! not a lot of food in Singapore has dairy, and everyone speaks English + understands food allergies so you can always ask
@@MorganVenn awesome! I’m planning for next year! Thank you 🙏🏾
So you usually only eat two main meals a day???
