The new highlighting execution animation and the possibility to select the speed is the best new feature, the second one I think, is the possibility to create data types from free labels.
Hello Tom, thank you for these useful videos. i would ask what is the most advanced technologies now in LabVIEW? I have the core3 certification, and I watched the Actor course with OOP and DQMH6 in this channel. But need your advice what is the best method to use now in 2024 and later on? is it OOP with Actor FM? or DQMH with OOP? or any another pattern ? thank you in advance

Thank you very much for the update, Tom! Concerning the cache clearing: it looks like at least 2022 Q3 there is a bug, when cache is actually can't be celared through the UI. I.e. if you try to clean it, nothing will happen.
I like your Videos and joined also your Udemy Training. This was very helpfull for me and I wonder if there will be an Laview Advance Course some day? Oh, one Question about the JKI State Machine. Does somebody know if this tool can also be used in combination with DQMH? Up to now I have no practical experiance about DQMH but want to join a training course. If the one does not work with the other maybe I can save some money 🤔. Or does both make sense?
I've not planned an advances course, but don't mean it will never happen! The JKI State Machine and DQMH can work together, but they serve different purposes. On my channel there is a DQMH playlist you can watch to get the basics. For JKI State Machine training, there is a course on the JKI website. If you're a student, you might get a bit of a discount - use the chat window on the JKI website to ask (and say that i sent you 😉 )
