The Lion of Judah Museum was founded in 1990 by his eminence Abuna G.M.R Apollo the Coptic Messianic Christian Artist and Visionaire of the Ethiopian Orthodox Coptic Church of North and South America. Abuna Apollo's sons Rev.George Reeder III (Art Director) and Rev.Anthony Reeder (Assistant Director) are his top assistants. The Museum houses African Christian, Ethiopian and Egyptian Art.

The name Ethiopian Coptic Church is an oxymoron ..Coptic means Egyptian ...there’s no historical reference having both names fused (Ethiopian Coptic) ..this seems like mixing of ideas and traditions but having no Apostolic or Ethiopian root.. we pray for your true salvation.. aamayn
