Why YOU Should Use Woodchip in Your Garden | Creating & Laying Allotment Pathways

In this video I discuss all the many reasons and benefits there are for choosing to lay woodchip garden pathways, either on your allotment or vegetable garden. It was a hugely satisfying project to top up and re-lay my woodchip paths but very worth worthwhile
Woodchip is a low maintenance option and whilst it does still need some maintenance, which I will cover in this video, it’s far less labour intensive than grass paths. Who wants to be spending all of their time mowing pathways in summer when there’s plenty of other jobs to be doing around the garden?
This video covers how I prepped my kitchen garden for laying woodchip pathways, why I love them and the long term benefits to your entire growing space.
