Anne of Green Gables is one of my most favorite series in the world. I was a kid when I read it first but I read it again recently and I just LOVE L.M. Montgomery writing, and I love the way Anne thinks, she thinks a lot like I do, so it’s just nice to see it in a book. It isn’t boring like you might think, there are many side characters and funny parts. I do have a really long attention span though, so if you don’t I can see that it would be hard to read. Either way it’s a very inspirational book and I’ve learned so much from them. I hope you read and enjoy them!
I made a goal of reading 50 books this year. I was able to read 97 books completely. I have 16 pages left until i get done with my current book, which i am reading two books right now. I love reading. I think that is amazing that you are considering one of your goals of reading the New Testament of the Bible ❤. God is good! I don't like e-books nor audiobooks; personally speaking. I started goodreads a couple of months ago and it is so helpful to track what i have read. I am planning to read 60 books for 2025.
Oh so many good books on your list! I hope to read Rachel Fordham to zero this year and in the hopes that she will have a new book this year! Also, hoping for another new Kristin Hannah book, we can hope, right?!
I hope you enjoy the Nightingale. I read Anne of Green Gables for the first time this year as well. I do think I need to re read it because I listened to it on audio and I think I fell asleep during some parts 😴😴
I loved both Yours Truly, Thomas and A Lady in Attendance. Rachel Fordham has become one of my favorite authors and I definitely want to read all her books. That might be a new goal for 2025.
Great video! I'm looking forward to the patreon, I've been following you for a while now but this is my first time commenting lol. I live in southeast Alaska so we're kinda neighbors!
I haven't really made goals before, however i think i will this year. I think picking 10 books i want to read and 3 authors i want to try are two if them. I should be at 81 or 82 books by the end of the year.
Wow it's so cool you want to try writing a book!! I wish you all the best with that!! 🥰 Also your reaction of 'why not reread the Reckless series too?!' 😂 It killed me!! 😂
I really want to like Kristin Hannah’s books. My best friend really loves her books and recommends them to me but I just don’t like sad books! She writes a lot of sad books. I can even handle heavy topics like what Francine Rivers writes but for some reason I can’t handle Kristin Hannah’s books! I dnf’d The Nightingale but I’d like to give it another shot this year.
Working title for Oceana's book!! 😉 "My Redeeming Heart and the Little Sliver of Hope Next Door" 😜 Seriously though, I can't wait to hear the words PUBLISHED AUTHOR OCEANA!!! 💝💝💖
Great video!! 2024 was my first year setting a goal (25 books in 2024) which i still got 5 books left to read 😬 ( no audiobooks) 2025 i am thinking on doind 32 books if i finish the 25 books by december 31st. Some of the books i have in my 2025 tbr that i will not read this year are: The Nightingale, The Chronicles of Narnia, The Midnight Library, Mark of the Lion trilogy.
Emily of New Moon ... instead of Anne of Green Gables ... since you're toying with writing a chapter of your own. LM Montgomery is my favorite of All Time.
You should read The Blue Castle by L M Montgomery instead of Anne. The Blue Castle is a stand alone romance about adults. If you want to give Montgomery a try - I think it’d be a better fit for you as a reader.

Write the book. We need you 📚
Definitely recommend ballad of songbirds and snakes! A lot will make sense. It will tell you how Snow became Snow. It does pickup though!
I absolutely love your transparency online! It’s so refreshing. Also I fully support this whole writing a romance thing! ;) excited for you! 🥰

Anne of Green Gables, love it! Have read most of the series. I want to write a book too. Starting with a chapter sounds good! Maybe I’ll do that too.

Chantel is readalong of LM Montgomery and the January books is Anne of Green Gables, you should join in.
I re-read The Hunger Games series before reading The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. It was good.
Love Anne 🥰

Try listening to Anne Of Green Gables as an audiobook.

Wonderful goals ! Would love to read your book if you do decide to write one 🩷🤗
Lynette Eason didn’t technically write the Bodyguard books. She “wrote” them with various authors. I really liked them though.
Your book is already selling out! lol please write a romance book!
I loved Anne of Green Gables as a young girl but I don't think it would hold my attention now 🙁. Similar to Little Women.
