Now the result today doesn’t flatter us but a fantastic team performance , any of you who watch our videos know we don’t win trapping matches from our location and so it proved again . But to put this in perspective the guy who wins whiteleas we had 10 birds before he got his 2nd bird and the same applies to the guy who was 2nd in that club once again we had 10 before his 2nd bird . So all in all a great prep for next weeks national and pretty much exactly what we were hoping for. The guy who wins the fed today is the one guy in our fed not in South Shields and flies on the coast so it once again shows the significance of the wind , but fair play he’s a great guy . Let’s all keep our fingers crossed for a straight wind for next week as where well overdue a chance 🤞 Thanks for watching everyone
Well done Richie mate can’t win them all but a good prep race for next week our birds were the same came well all back but 1 in 30 minutes of our first one good luck for next week hopefully get a good result like this weeks most straight forward race of the season so far not wanting all day for them to get home 😊
@@user-Graham537 scouldn’t agree more , from a finishing position probably our worst result of the season , but I’m with you it was quite possibly the best race we’ve had this year as regards straightforward

Great performance from the birds Richy, first race in a while three came together. What time did you clock your first one ?? Big stock of about 40 to 50 birds flew over Silksworth at 10.54am spread out but flying close just over the tops heading towards your location.. well done again though and best of luck for next week.
12 out birds Stephen mate , at 10.54 that might have been the nna as the earlier lib in the combine were only 20 mins before us , it pretty much went to plan today mate as all we wanted was a straight forward race as they head to plumpton on Thursday so a days rest tomorrow then work them Tuesday and Wednesday 🤞, hope your well 👍

Love watching your birds trap, do you ever have a bad trapper?. Do you train them to trap quickly as babies
John if u watch the first 2 races this year we lost horrendously on the trap , but once we have them on the system they don’t miss very often mate
