Very fun to see a shot of the Mass Central ALCos. They had quite the eclectic roster in the 80s and 90s. Most of the oddball power is gone now, but I think for the most part simply to other short line operations rather than scrap.
The store in the station is gone now. And now it's a very popular restaurant named the Steaming Tender. And hopefully a MBTA Station soon. But keep the restaurant please.
14:42 RAILFANTASTIC urban images! Some great shots and captures in Worcester and environs, thanks for posting
Great to see the not often filmed SD80MACs and C36-7s as well as all the C30-7a units on the Boston Line. Great stuff.

Really enjoyed great lighting and trains in New England!!

Lots of sets of C30-7's in this. I wonder if lots of them were assigned to the MA area or just coincidence.
I seem to remember a lot of the big GEs were clustered around Selkirk.
Most of the C30-7As were in more or less captive service on the Boston Line
Ah, that makes sense. It's a shame they're basically all scrap now, they're some of my favorite locomotives.
What camera was used for this?
I don't know. The footage was on a DVCPRO tape.
Take this back to the cutting table. At the 6 minute mark the same train runs thru twice!
Good stuff tho.
Where is the first location?
West Warren at the Wright mills
