AD's mindset is of a little brother, he doesn't want the spotlight and he doesn't love basketball. His lack of love of the game also carries over to his lack of preparation, work ethic, or any preventative measures against injuries. One of the reasons guys like Tom Brady, Lebron, Kobe, Novak Djokovic and MJ didn't miss too many games is because they were VERY proactive with their diet and conditioning. AD has the same talent level as those guys, but it's a HARD stop right there.

in AD's defense most of the top stars aside from Jokic and Giannis generally don't play more than 65

@damefy You're not wrong. I remember growing up and players like Kobe and A.I. made it a must to play all 82 games. Then Pop came in and introduced everyone to load management, but guys like PG and Kawhai took it to another level. AD definitely isn't the only guy that does it. I just was more so making a joke about the fact that it's not a bold statement to say AD won't play 65 games. Although with the new qualifications for end of the season awards, it will force guys to stop and rethink if they should sit out just to sit out.
