Hi sir I have applied first application for Euss I was refused because I was married after 31 December 2020 than I have appealed the judge wrote that according to his finds I am durable partner before specified date but I don’t have family permit and also I was married after specified date I m planning to go back home apply for family permit on base of spouse I need your advice please

Sir I applied for EUSS family permit as my uncle as sponsor he has being assisting me since 2018 I also provided the documents my dad is mentally unstable so he appointed my uncle as my guidian through an affidavit will I be accepted?

The deadline for extended family members visa was 31.12.20, and this is not AGENT work, its for legal representative
