- You must copy the gymnasts skill as close as possible to win. If they point their toes you point your toes, if they scream in panic you scream in panic. SPOILER: there are lots of un-pointed toes and a lot more screams of panic.

Jay it's ok to not be as good as the guys that have been practicing and training for gymnastics their whole lives. Don't beat yourself up for "struggling" compared to them. You're killing it! You're much more talented than most people watching this probably, so try not to feel bad. Their jokes are lighthearted
Was thinking this. A lot of people would've just said f' it and not tried. They don't act like she should just be able to do it, but give her space in case she is able to do the skill.
I love that she is always game to participate in what can and the guys support her. Her laugh is contagious!

I love when Ellis jumps in. It’s funny that the camera guy has a part in it. You guys all work off each other comedy wise even Ellis has a part in it. And it’s entertaining. Also shows different levels of skill in these type of things. Plus we get to see people grow with them. Like the challenge Ellis recently did where before he crashed it and then he smashed it the next time. And Joanna is just in a constant state of growth. So it is cool. I enjoy watching the whole group together.

Sure you fall every now and then and even take a tumble but you are still keeping up with them, you are pulling out hand stands on your own, your turn outs have come a long way and are very solid, I remember watching you and you being scared to do a simple flip with out assistance and you've been doing them SOLDILY! Y’all should do, like, a gymnastics version of Telestrations. So like one gymnast does a set of skills while only Ellis watches, then Ellis describes that set to another gymnast, then that gymnast does what Ellis described while only Joanna (or someone with less gymnastics knowledge than Jay has) watches, then describes that to the final gymnast, then let us compare the two to see how well the “message” got across.

Also love the longer videos!! I find the ability of you guys to copy based on watching once amazing. It can't be easy to deliberately change certain ingrained patterns. And I second what other people say - Jay's mental attitude is amazing, even with the boys' total and wonderful support it can't always be easy going next to them, but you keep smashing it and getting better every single day. All of you are inspiring but I always root for Joanna in particular :D Such an inspiration.

Omg adding the “now” and salutes were the best part…you guys could use do a copycat video of different salutes. Also, bc each country has its own saluting style you guys could try to do a salute and then the others can try to guess the country. I was laughing so hard watching this and laughing while having bronchitis is semi-painful

Idea: gymnastics telephone. Same general idea, but you have to copy the person before you rather than everyone copying the first person. Then compare first to last person.

U should do a Chinese whispers challenge when someone does a skill and one person watches the person who watches does the skill and then once everyone does the skill from only watching one person do it they show the skill at the beginning and at the end and see the difference

Instead of static copycat challenge with one at a time doing the skill, why not one with all following in a line (think conga line but with gymnastic/movement challenges)? All following have to watch the persons in front do the skill then follow along as it’s going. Could be fun.
