go to the time patrol area and speak to a robot on the path not trunks and you will start the dlc missions

No you can buy it on ps4, xbox one, xbox360, ps3, pc, by the way

Dude you can literally still buy it on ps4. if u want for free, you can search online for emulation tools, but u will not be able to play online if you emulate it. Also, u really should just get xenoverse 2 instead of this game, xenoverse 2 is much better
