I figured on HVAC by the mix of bits and pieces, even before you got to the leak tester. Some good tools among the hum-drum. The value for me would be in the parts containers.
Nothing wrong free abd cheap tools..America has become a throw away ,lazy ,self seeking, ungodly society..with wealthty corporations selling plastic junk..old tools used or not are worth keeping..i do the same

The torque wrench at the beginning looks like it was assembled upside down! The gauge should be opposite the drive!

It had the square drive, on the wrong side. Unless that was designed for a special application? !
