Hello, and thanks! Most of specter's regen comes from Well of Bounty, which can cover around 50%. You can cover 100% by ally targeting the second part of scepter/pistol 3, however this is very janky as it combines ally targeting with forced movement and a long cast time. In this fight, burst healing and barrier are more important than sustain, so I decided to just ignore it 😅

No, I'm using a combination of minstrel and giver's to maximize boon duration, healing power and survivability
killed her 3 times with pugs and everyone used a different strategy it's insane.
