So all of this is going on for a couple of hundred people that want a child through surrogacy, or what % of the population do they represent? Or could it be that apparently fertility rates have decreased rapidly in the last four years, (possibly due to a "safe and effective" gene therapy that was forced upon the population), so surrogacy will become a huge money maker for them?
