The idea/concept of a Kamen Rider prison could make for an interesting season. With the prison warden and guards being the villains for the season. Have it be like the Death Race movies, where in a Rider wins so many fights and they get their freedom. The warden and guards try, and sometimes get away with, rigging fights to be one sided.

Not a good idea in a show for kids. Toei would not want to paint law enforcement as villains. Also, a prison is not a good setting in a kid's show.
