As far as i heard, this is not Raimond Pauls' own song - it's a folks' song. But the arrangement - is Raimond's, yes. And he plays it with so much of exceptionally rare "magic touch" here, it's simply unbelievable. He's an exceptionally humble man, but i dare say that he's a piano master like very few others - standing together with masters like Vladimir Horowitz, Victor Borge, Wilhelm Kempff and very few others. The masters who not only have exceptional understanding of music, but also exceptional love for it, which they carry through their whole life. And any good audience feels it, and then we see these standing ovations, very deserved indeed.
