To apply an fps cap of 225 on a 240hz refresh rate monitor . Fps cap should be at 138 on a 144 hz refresh monitor. Nvidia reflex will do the same thing with Nvidia control panel vsync and gsync enabled. It overrides the LLM setting.

It's almost 6 years old now, had ryzen 3700x originally , cost was around 155k rs.
