it's really a shame because I'm a pastry chef in France and I noticed that the opera was too dry, and the donuts were not well filled at all, and the éclair also looked very filling... I think It's a shame that you come to France and taste products that are of poor quality, when there is so much better...you will be disappointed with French pastry 😭

Basically, pronounce it as "framboize"; the cherry is "cerise"; same thing with " framboise" whenever u have a final "se" or "ses", u have to pronouce it as a "ze".
