My ex gave me a picture of us sitting on a bench looking at the lake, and since we broke up, I have been looking at that picture and when I finally got around to playing Spider-Man seeing that scene of that old man sitting on a bench, looking at a lake and talking about the girl that he lost… that just hit me too hard

This scene just does not work as well if you do the mission with Miles. He’s just beginning his forays into romance in the game, while Peter has certainly loved and lost quite a lot by this point. It just hits different when you play the mission with Peter.
Nah I think it does for that exact reason. Miles says “maybe” or he thinks so because he isn’t sure if what he feels for Hailey is love yet. I agree it’s more impactful with Peter but I think it works for Miles too.
I played this while wearing TASM 2 outfit when he lost Gwen. It hit a little bit.

As scary as it is, I think I’m fading too. I can’t stand to do this much longer. I’m just so god damn tired. I’m ready to accept. But my biggest fear is being forgotten.
There was only one girl I really really love. Whenever I was around her I will melt and act so stupid. I love that feeling and her gorgeous laugh, smile and those eyes. I will stare right at her eyes and doze off in my head as she spoke to me. However I am a fool for not telling her how I truly felt towards her. Our last little date was at Applebees restaurant. From there we went to this empty parking lot and just sat on the hood staring at the little stars. We shared laughs, had a good conversation etc (No kissing/sexual contact) I didn’t care about that. I just wanted to spend every minute I had left with her. Afterwards the next day she had left to Kentucky for a fresh start. As time goes on I find out she’s in a relationship with someone. It upset me for a moment but I saw how happy she was on her social media posts and it made me smile knowing she is doing well. Gentlemen please don’t be afraid. If you feel for that one girl, TELL HER 💯
