I’ll use this in my own work moving forward to help expand my design compositions! I knew about design hierarchy, fonts, color theory all that, but never this. Actually, now that I think about it the hierarchical grid is what I’d use to sketch out layout concepts, but I just did that because it made the most sense and didn’t know it was an actual thing just did it naturally. Going forward, I want to try the radial and axial grids. Those look super interesting and challenging!

Yeah, I'd agree the baseline grid can be used alongside the modular grid, indeed I use it along with the Column grid too. Just wanted to outline it as a grid structure in its own right.

Considering your mention of grids, I would appreciate hearing your perspective on prominent event posters such as Tomorrowland, Rock in Rio, Rock am Ring, and so on. These posters appear rather amateurish. How would you enhance their professionalism by utilizing grids and leveraging typography to enhance communication?
