Pretty cool getting to see you push silage and a ride up on top of the silage pit @ 10:50 Mike ! I don't remember seeing you do that before ! Excellent seeing the drone footage from high up over the pit and corn field also ! Thanks for another great video Mike !
Great video Mike!! Just wondering about the moisture level on the corn. It looked plenty green. Usually you can see something dry somewhere, the stalk, leaves or ears? But everything looked green--I guess it depends on what moisture level they were shooting for. At about 31:10 I saw the maroon truck, some monitors might show it as red, take care of the "outliers" left by the chopper. You know, the orphans outside the chopper width? No one will be tempted to go back after those!
Mike I really enjoyed this video those are two very impressive farms and is good to see they share their equipment to get the job done quicker.i have one question mike and I know you probably don't know the answer tho. My question why do they not use the HARVERSTORE SILOS ANYMORE. . Is more economical to put the silage in the pits verses in the silos.or are they milking alot more cows now. Thanks again mike for all your hard work to bring these videos for us to enjoy.thank you as well to these two dairy farms for letting you video them while they were chopping.
What are those large open top metal containers…they dwarf that semi. Are those filled with the cow manure? Holy cow, if it is, man I hope that tank never springs a leak. Interesting video.
Mike I love your videos. I hope someday I can talk or meet you in person. I tried last year farm machine show in Louisville but could never find you free to talk to.
I'm a city girl from Detroit. From your videos corn harvests from a grain perspective and also a silage perspective. My only question now is sweet corn? How is that harvested?
They make a special Machine for picking sweetcorn. There should be a video on TH-cam someplace. They can usually pick 6 rows at a time if I remember right.
Weiter hin gutes gelingen in all deinen werken.

Hey Mike first off fantastic video!!!!! I just wanted to know how you get the sound while your flying your drone? I do farming content and I always put music with mine but would love to put the sound of the machine in my videos. Thank you keep up the good work
These are the best operators I’ve seen. They stop to change wagons instead of blowing silage on the ground.
That’s what we do on our farm
Healthy and successfull always friend 🎉

I found when pushing ground corn I would lower the blade down just enough to fill in my tracks it packed better
Hope you stopped by Kenedy's in Canton for some good BBQ while you were in the area.
Great
