It seems like a good recipe worth trying.
I would like to mention that sugar caramelize at a very high temperature, doing this process in a non-stick teflon coated or tin plated copper utensils is not good for health. Kalai or tin plated copper utensils although look cool but not good for health because the tin slowly leach into food at dangerous amounts.
I have never seen anyone try to caramelize sugar like this for tea . I will definitely give it a try , and your videos are amazing.
