howdy gang!
a glorious day on the trail this lovely Saturday afternoon; i tried to capture a lot of the sights and sounds along the way, some of which which you'll see throughout the song, 'Hop Up, My Ladies'. i also read Michael Leunig's beautiful poem, 'How to Get There' which is an encouragement to us all.
i hope you all have a peaceful and relaxing weekend!

HOW TO GET THERE

Go to the end of the path until you get to the gate.
Go through the gate and head straight to the horizon.
Keep going towards the horizon.
Sit down and rest every now and again,
But keep on going, just keep on with it.
Keep going as far as you can.
That's how you get there.
