Just this morning got back from a week on the amazing Rhodes island. Spent a week here but was at the top of Rhodes in Ixia. Weather was amazing.
Never went to Fally or Linda’s and am looking at doing one or the other next year. Take it easy matey. Hope you enjoy.

I recommend Maria’s restaurant it is right along at the very end near the small chapel or church we went there all the time when we stayed in falaraki home made cooking wonderful greetings from south Lanarkshire

I done turkey in July a few years ago never again the heat was over 40 some days so uncomfortable
Think June and September/ October the best times in Greece

Village up road direct bus to Rhodes by beach .Jamaica bar been busy place for years .

There used to be an amazing taverna on the beach called Christos. Is it still there? The girl was Greek with an Australian accent Gina. She ran it with her Mum after her Father (Christo) passed away.

I like visiting in early October, the weather is perfect then, the only thing is it’s pitch black at 5pm.

Faliraki was really popular. But it started getting a bad reputation for mickey Finns in ladies drinks.
I think some people handle the heat more. Especially if younger.
I’ve sat in 44c in algarve. As long as I had a hat and drinks. Didn’t bother me
But I think when you near 50 it hits you.
Took the mother in law on hols to caletta de fuste it reaches 36c and she was struggling. Got a bag of ice for her chest from the hotel bar.
She was 72. But alwys holidayed . But usually in march/April. Or sep/October
She got cancer on her leg.
So it’s important you cream up. Sometimes she did not.

Only fun thing in Faliraki is the waterpark.. oh and the beach is nice.
But there are nicer places than Faliraki

July too hot, August too hot and school holidays! The big beach hotels are in Kalithea further along the beach. Faliraki basically died after several stabbings received intensive media coverage, a year later a lot of the restaurants closed due to this and hotels going All Inclusive. Be interesting to see what it’s like at night these days.
