15:16-15:32 Hmm. . . I feel like that's what Bambi's dad-- the Great Prince of the Forest-- could've said, after 80 years of being single.
No, really: The Great Prince . . . has been single . . . for 80 YEARS! And not ONCE has he gotten a new girlfriend.
Actually, now that I think about it. . . The Great Prince, and Bron (Littlefoot's dad) should've said that to each of their separate kids, Littlefoot and Bambi.
    *****
29:04-31:08 Why did NO ONE (except you) touch on this?
32:29-33:26 Again . . . WHY DID NO ONE TOUCH ON THIS!?
36:35-37:57 *sigh . . . WHY DID NO ONE TOUCH ON ANY OF THIS!?*

it's ironic that the prince was fleshed out more in the sequels especially Cinderella 3. One of the best Disney sequels. He felt like a character there instead of just Cinderella's love interest. i'm surprised they didn't mention the 1997 cinderella film with brandy, and whitney houston. but i guess because it's a tv movie and a remake of a remake it didn't count.

"Y'all gotta stop making your princesses flawless." Ironically, the side of them that still supports animation DOES give their girls flaws. Rapunzel, Moana, Judy Hopps, Mirabel, Isabelle, 22, Giulia, Mei, Mabel, 2017 Webby, Luz, the Calamity Trio, Molly McGee. They ARE allowed to have flaws. They ARE allowed to cry. They ARE allowed to make mistakes. And they are allowed to overcome those flaws in a way that's satisfying.

This Nostalgia Critic video showed me how… off the Disney remakes are. As Ryan George’s Pitch Meeting (Of one of the Disney remakes, I don’t remember which one) says, “The best case scenario is that these movies are only as good as the originals, if not _just_ okay.”

Just a random recommendation but maybe check out Lost in Adaptation by Dominic Noble he does reviews about the differences of movie adaptations of books and comics and such. Keep up the good work bro.
My favorite Cinderella movie is Ella Enchanted as a side note.

Recently I saw the Brandi/Whitney Huston Rogers and Hammerstein's Cinderella with my girlfriend, and while it may not be a favorite of mine, it's a guilty pleasure, which is more than I can say for this 2015 remake. However, after noticing both Lily James and Richard Madden's singing capabilities in movies like Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again and Rocketman, I gotta wonder, why didn't they just remake the Rogers and Hammerstein's musical rather than the original Disney musical from 65 years ago?

because there's already three roger and hammerstein musicals. disney may not have the rights anymore to use that story and songs after the 1997 film. could have been one time deal. i think roger and hammerstein's cinderella has also been on broadway lately too so they probably just chose to do a remake of the animated one.

@@Mike0908 You think that'd stop Disney anyway??

i think they're focusing more on live action remakes of animated fllms. they already made into the woods, the 2015 cinderella remake, the 1997 movie, ella enchanted, the animated trilogy, and 2 cinderellas on once upon a time. they already have 7 versions of cinderella. they can focus on another princess now. i did hear brandy from the 1997 film is reprising her role with the prince in descendants 4.

@Mike0908 I don't technically count Ella Enchanted as an official Cinderella story, as that was more a satire on popular fairy tales and fantasy, much like Shrek or funny enough, *Enchanted.* Ironic, because Shrek 2 and *Ella* Enchanted came out the same year, and her movie also had a funny ogre in the story. 😂Seriously, Carson from Downton Abbey as an ogre was hilarious.

well it's one of my favorite cinderella stories. it does things different than most adaptations but still feels lke a cinderella story to me. ever after removed the magic and it's still a good cinderella story too. enchanted's a fairy tale parody too and also one of my favorites. but if you do't see it as a cinderella story that's fine.

Just a question for Ryo Am I lucky if Gordon Ramsay didn’t go after Stardust Todorki video on season 8 Hell’s Kitchen?
