f(E,N)=180-90*(1+SIGN(N))*(1-SIGN(E^2))-45*(2+SIGN(N))*SIGN(E)-180/PI()*SIGN(N*E)*ATAN((ABS(N)-ABS(E))/(ABS(N)+ABS(E))) E=E2-E1 , N=N2-N1. The formula gives the bearing for whole circle and
for any value E and N. If E=N=0 the bearing is undefined.
