Yeah I think we all know that kotcha didn’t deserve the overtime. Uni team basically slaughtered them on stage and the only reason they got the overtime was for the crowd I guess.
@@zelpirk you’d be surprised how many people thought Kotcha won when the event was live streamed. I think the more those same people watched the battle again, they ended up changing their minds
Something I don't think enough people are talking about is how in this battle pretty much all of Kotchas drops where heavily relied on D-low's inward bass. Huge lack of variety in there drops. Uniteam on the other hand had drops with fast techs, fart bass, Starsky bass and pure craziness. For me that's why uniteam won.

Might be wrong, but to me that whole loud and messy attack from Uni at the end of RD 1 was intentionally messing with Kotcha using that very little precious time on stage trying to prepare some retort for RD 2 (and worked too!). As you said, definitely a lot of freestyling it seemed from KOTCHA. Also, notice how at 8:49 Frosty is framing Alem away as he attacked right in their faces so they could speak and gave a look, but no mercy from your world champ in a semi-final Battle lol.
