    My father is the attorney that worked on the 98th floor in the video! He has such fond memories of working up there all those years and has spoken so highly of Tom and the WGN crew since the interview years ago. Congratulations on your retirement Tom and thank you for being such a presence in the Chicagoland area all these years! Thanks for sharing this video ❤

    The Sears Tower must be protected at all costs! I can’t imagine Chicago without it!

    That zoom out at 0:25 really puts prospective on how huge these buildings really are. He looks like a dust mite compared to the sears tower.

    When i was a kid my parents did business with a clothing wholesaler across the street. I would sit in the window of the sub shop on the first floor and watch the Sears Tower get built. That was a big deal for a kid from Kankakee Illinois

    They could not go to the highest platform because the amount of gigahertz and radiation coming off of those Towers requires them to shut everything down whenever people are working on the rooftop.
