    Your a good rider but try and loosen your reins a bit as u are constantly tugging on them
    Next time just let him go to let off some steam and get a bit tired out and then he should be ok

      but did u ever think that he was a racehorse and in an open field it can bring back memories of his old training cause he does look like a strong boy

    • @issymorley7702
      @issymorley7702 6 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      I can see where you're coming from, but from experience with ex racers, I know that if her hand was loose, he would literally be gone into the next county

    • @silverkitty2503
      @silverkitty2503 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@roadiechiana5583 He's been in an open field before in a non race situation as a race horse i am sure many a time. I am sure it looks / feels very diff from race day. But safety first etc. It really depends on the horse though. And what retraining he has had. Not all racehorses are alike.

    First of all u need to loosen up on ur reins he's literally opening his mouth just to have a second of rest from u yanking on his mouth so much, Second, why are u even riding him outside if it rained and ur horse has no shoes now that's bull,crap if u can pay for all of those pretty little cross country jumps then u can pay for horse shoes for ur own horse. Now I'm just going to say this one more time u need to let go of the rains so much. I'm a jumper and a barrel racer also western pleasure rider, and I NEVER EVER have my rains so tight that my horses mouth is hanging wide open so loosen ur reins.

      Awh hunni, you’ve never ridden the horse... you don’t know how long he’s been ott do you? Being in a big open field may trigger memories of race training and he might be trying to go? I don’t like the fact that the reins are very tight and I think if he isn’t trying to constantly go the reins shouldn’t be like that but if he is... she’s just trying to hold him..

      Darling, have you ever riden Dave? No. Have you ever ridden an ex race horse doing ROR? No. Ok then, so before you open that mouth of yours; go watch the rest of her videos and actually LISTEN to what she is saying. She is hardly "yanking" on his mouth. She has a loverly, relaxed reins, that still have him on a contact. The reasons it looks as if she is tugging is because he is avoiding the bit so that he can zoom off over the jump. She is sat back, using her seat to slow him down aswell as a LITTLE rein pressure. Kelly doesn't need internet trainers like you, if you are so "right" then go train some little kids on how to not tugg on reins. Smh
