Hi Adam. Just wanted to pass by and say thank you because a couple of months ago I was researching for witch mechanical keyboard to buy. I watched your videos and I decided to go with the MX Mechanical Mini. Best choice ever, I love my kb. Keep up!
@@thebboy1200thank you. I’m a long time video guy just getting better on camera still 😅 I think once I feel more like myself on camera things will explode
Hi, I grew up in the era of typewriters, so imagine!!! Seeing these retro keyboards makes me very nostalgic and reminds me of the real typewriters that were very heavy to carry and the keys were also very heavy to type on. They were all metal, as were the keys. When the big square keyboards existed, they also made a lot of noise. But going from the original metal typewriters, to the square keyboards, and finally the keyboards with super thin keys that make almost no noise. I really prefer the super thin keys that make no noise. Because these now retro keyboards, just hearing the noise makes me a little anxious. Also, I don't know if you know, but many people were injured by typing on heavy keys. So I don't know if in the long run, if you type a lot on these keyboards, you can slowly injure your hands. If you type a little, I don't think so. But people who have to do perhaps written work, in the long run it can hurt their hands. As a recommendation, I've tried all kinds of keyboards, but I'll stick with the slim ones, which don't make any noise. I wanted to buy a keyboard like yours, but just from hearing the noise it makes and how heavy the keys must be, I'd rather stick with my slim keyboard. I've been using the Logitech K780 multi-device keyboard for about 4 years now. Thank you very much for your review.
Thanks for this useful video ! I agree with you : these two keyboards are very similar in many ways. There is a difference you did not mentioned : the MX Mechanical can connect via bluetooth of course but also via a Bolt receiver. In case you have receiver, it can be important, because it gives better quality & more security to the connection. Moreover, compared to BT, it saves energy. See U soon, François
Hi i have a question so the pop keys i searched EVERYVERE and i couldnt find a purple one i just found blast, heartbraker and Daytime or how its called😅 so Idk but i think they dont exist or do you know something about it Love your vids😊😊😊

Thank you so much! That means a lot to me to hear that
I hear a lot of people complain that the round keycaps are so hard to type on. Is it something you get used to or should you just avoid it?
You get used to it but your fingers can slip off.
@@adamtalkstech thank you for the response. You definitely earned a sub! I can't believe you don't have more. Keep up the great work!

This is actually a very specific problem I have thanks for the video 😭
Uh oh!! What's your decision??
Thanks for the video, this is what I've been looking for. I think I will go for Pop Keys and I will customise the keycaps by the square one.

There is a purple one somewhere, I can't remember what it was called or where I found it though. Maybe logitech's site?
@@adamtalkstech Thank you that you answered i will try Tyy!
@@adamtalkstech so i looked it up on the logitech website but saddly they dont have it but thank you for your help☺️
Are Pop Keys suitable for typing during teaching and typing online? Are they too loud for that?
Probably but depends on your mic
They are optimized for Windows and PC… not Linux or Mac!
Works great on mac.
thank you, your video help me a lot
Thanks for watching!
