At 43:00 a screenshot is shown which shows an XT set up. The sequence/order of experience line up is incorrect there. Nobody would get evaluated for being Male/Female since all of them will qualify into All Visitors group if that is the experience queued up in the first position. Target follows a staircase model for audience evaluation for each experiences. The sequence or line up would not matter if all the target segments are mutually exclusive. In case of probable overlaps, the first one in the queue should be the smallest sub-set that has either full overlap or partial. Gradually bigger super-sets should be queued up. All Visitors segment should be placed at the very end, as a catch-all bucket, i.e. if the user did not qualify for any of the previous lined up experiences, it will enter the experience assigned to 'All Visitors', which is essentially some generic content experience that does not have any particular focus content for any specific sub-group.
Content being personlized was static. showing the offers based on Male or Female, etc. Would have liked to see dynamic content based on some content source.

Well said. Last two segments will never be qualified. May be by mistake he has done that quickly for video purpose.
