Once the snow is sufficient, I place an orange/reflective driveway marker stake at my sets ! Keeps the Snowmachines away and helps you retrieve them during snow ❄️ squalls and drifting conditions. ✨🎣💫
Hi Brian!! I absolutely love it! I usually use the wood yard sticks from menards with bright painted ends to mark mine when we have lots of snow! Thanks for you input and love hearing from people and their very own tips! #SendItAndFishOn
That is 100% correct. I do use them a few times But those things love to break and also only have a 15.5” span between it and the spool. So longer walleye leaders become twisted and kinked if you spool your line tight and hook onto the rubber o-ring. I’m just giving my insight on a great way to keep your hooks/leaders tight while traveling from spot to spot! Thanks for the comment and hope to see you more on the channel! #tightlines #senditandfishon 🎣🐟❄️
Just ran across this video. Been getting gear prepped for the coming ice season. One thing I saw, the screws/bolts you used to attach the pvc to the bucket. Maybe try aluminum pop rivets. Nothing sticking out afterward to catch gloves/gear on that way. But some good suggestions in here, keep at it.
Hey there SP! I very much appreciate the advice and I think you’re 100% correct on that. It is so nice being able to carry so many, but catching items does happen here and there. Hopefully you like the videos and stick around! Always love hearing from my subs and bettering myself as a fisherman! Remember to #SendItAndFishOn and hopefully see you again on the channel! 🐟🎣
Hello there Matthew! To my knowledge, beaver dam does not have any warranty past the 90 day from purchase. And if you do have the spool fall off, or the flag breaks, their shouldn’t be any voiding of their promise of customer service! 🤙 Thanks for the question!
Thanks for the support!! I absolutely love seeing the comments and hope you continue to enjoy my upcoming videos! Stay tuned for some very good content coming soon!! #SendItAndFishOn
Thanks for the input JJ, I do 100% respect our natural waters and want to keep them clean as long as possible. I do agree that wd is probably not better for the environment, however, keeping you tipups free from rust and free to move is very important. The small amount that is left after wiping it off is more for when storing them instead of use right away. They do make tipup grease specifically made from beaver dam if you’d like to check that out! #SendItAndFishOn 👌🤙
Great tips and tricks, like your tip up bucket 👍
Comprehensive and practical 🎉
Thank You 😊

That o ring at the base of you flag is the hook holder

Also maybe look into dry graphite instead of WD40. Not a marine pollutant
Will. The. Mods. Void the warranty on the tip ups

Good video brother👍
Precciate it broski! 🤙
Careful using that wd on your fishing equipment. Wardens don't like to see the WD.
