I messed around with Arna Kennerüd on Arena Brawl since I brought his card style, and my strategy was just to stick every equipment I have on him and make an unkillable lifelinking creature. I also had a Necrogen Communion to protect him, and once I accidentally poisoned someone out.
I'm going to be honest here, I was just death scrolling TH-cam for commander ideas

All of these are absolutely brilliant build arounds that I overlooked in my attempt to find the next cedh staple

Magar of the Magic Strings is so much fun. Getting off a Howl of the Horde and a Worst Fears to control each other players turn is ridiculous.
One of my fav builds is Nahiri, Forged in Fury from MoM: Aftermath, a Boros deck that loves equipments isn’t new sure but she wants you to spread equipment out across multiple creatures to let you go through your entire deck and cheat out the bigger, gooder equipment.
How do we go wide in both equipments AND creatures? Well there’s two funky li’l keywords that spawn creature tokens with your freshly resolved equipments ready to start swinging up value.
It’s not the brightest or shiniest but I like how she’s the saving grace for these draft chaff keywords that have hardly seen the light of day again like For Mirrodin! And Living Weapon
8:07 worth noting that while it's probably the safer option to just blink Omo over and over again, her ability to put everything counters on stuff triggers both on ETB *and* attack 👀
I have not seen a commander do what Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim does, she's always been in my top 5 favorite commanders, I just love what she brings to the table.

Another funny thing for arna? Living weapons and creatures with bestow make new ceeature versions of themselves

Can verify, creatureless Magar and Shirei are a ton of fun. I skipped Gravepact, though, to avoid losing friends.
Neva, Stalked By Nightmares is a 2WB human noble 2/2. She has Menace, and ETB she puts a creature or enchantment back into your hand. Her other ability is whenever an enchantment I control is put into the graveyard from play, put a +1/+1 on her and scry 1.
At first it seems like her abilities kinda nonbo with eachother, one incentivizing repeated blinks while the other incentivizing her remaining on the board consistently. What i see instead is a value generated from other players' threat removal. Destroyed my grave pact? Great, I buff and scry. Killing my commander? I flash in Fungal Fortitude, which puts her back on the board, which nets me Fungal Fortitude again. Kaya's Ghostform or Gift of Immortality are essentially infinite, and card-positive with Elesh Norn the Mom, or the mono-white Gandalf.
Also its really funny putting those "enchanted creature gets -3/-3" type auras on your opponents creatures to have them immediately die and give you the scry and buff value, or playing Inevitable End and watching as they calculate how valuable their enchanted creature is versus the value I get from it's sacrifice.

Shirei has been a lot of fun to play, it gives other players some deep dread when it works
Can't think of any commander more unique than Mairsil. He grants a home to a slew of unplayable card with really bad manacost and/or drawbacks but insane activated abilities. Also cards with super good activated abilities that you normally would give away, just stick 'em on Mairsil.
Not my best deck by a longshot, but definitely the most original.
4:03 orvar’s ability is a cast trigger. You don’t get the effect for the copied gigadrowses. Only the one you actually cast
Shiro apostle deck is fun
Showing not one but 2 creatures that mess with the bottom of your library with power >2 for Grenzo felt like treason to the Grenzo player that I am
my favourite deck ever is an addamaro first to desire deck that forces people to draw cards
