Glad RC did something for you, they can't help the fact that there was a code brown, but closing the pool for 12 hours throws a huge wrench in your day......i'm glad they did something.
It was definitely a bummer but we are also glad that they take proper precautions to keep their guests safe.
It’s amazing how different the experiences are based on the time of the day. My family and I just returned from a Royal Caribbean cruise and our experience at Perfect Day at Cococay was completely different! No chill time, just busy and it was a lot of fun!
We agree. You can go on the same cruise several times and you will always have a different experience. We are glad you and your family had a good time.
We just booked our first Royal Caribbean cruise ! Next month on Allure of the seas and stops are labadee and coco cay. Sad part is both stops are no drones from what I read.
That’s awesome. Let us know how it goes. Unfortunately, those are private islands and Royal Caribbean does not allow drones on their private islands.

I'm glad RCC offered you compensation. Sounds like they tried to take a bad situation and make it right for you. Someone pooped in the pool??!?!? That's so nasty. :(
Yes they definitely compensated us. I am also glad that they acted fast on the issue and got everyone out of the pool since it was now contaminated.
If this is a 18 year old and older area, how did someone crap in the pool ? An adult ? Really ?
Hello there. Coco Beach Club is not for adults only. Perfect Day just opened Hideaway Beach which is for adults only.

Yeah but at least the rainy day cleared up haha. Poop in the pool sadly did not clear up 😂🤣😂. But we made the best of what we had. Thanks for the complement.
