Really, we checked it and it all seemed fine re the mold. There were areas that certainly needed power washing but that is not unusual in the Caribbean. As for updating, the price for that is in the eyes of those wanting the changes but it is not my taste so if it were me it would be quite a substantial bill. @@sandcastlebarbadosrealesta1512 Actually I love this property, the price seems fair but it would definitely require a substantial investment to get it up to date. I did find out well over 10 years ago that it has a chronic mold problem and that’s why it’s been on the market for at least 14 or more years. I don’t think power washing would do the trick in the case. I mean add another 5 for a renovation and you have a grand mansion for only 1.2mil, can’t go wrong. I should definitely consider making this a reality when I come home.
