This album wasn’t written for everyone. Many of us we needed that energy and pasion for self expression. I listened to it for the first time with headphones on at 10:30 pm and busted into tears feeling that she wrote it for me.
@@Carlosfa94 straight people will never know how much lady gaga meant to all of us during the BTW era, this is the energy and angst we needed back at the time. It was not just electronic/pop music.
jvime x exactly, but the fact that it is a different energy not meant for everyone makes it way more special. But talking about this opinion ensures me that the dude speaks his truth.

This is how I would classify her discography: For the General Public: The Fame, The Fame Monster, Chromatica & A Star is Born Soundtrack For those who want a little more depth: Cheek to Cheek & Joanne For the Heavyweights who just love all sorts of music and want something different than your generic pop: Born This Way & ARTPOP
i respect everyone's opinions but you can really tell the difference between monsters and locals here. some albums are written for the fans alone and that's exactly what born this way and ARTPOP are, i never understood why the general public didn't understand these albums because to me they're literal masterpieces... all i have to say is you're going to love joanne
Buchanan Winchester that’s good! generally speaking though that’s when the public said she was over because that album “flopped”...most people didn’t get it, but i think it’s incredible
Yea I feel like BTW is sooo ahead of her time like she could release this in 2020 and it would still be ahead of it's time the production is just timeless.
As a hardcore Little Monster since 2008, I completely understand where you’re coming from. Your opinion is TOTALLY valid and true to your experience with this album. As someone who is part of the LGBT+ community, this album was a celebration for us. It’s over-the-top, theatrical, rebellious, sexy and flat out GAY. Not to say that it can’t be enjoyed by any straight person, but we cheered as we found an artist willing to bring issues to light and make music that we know we would enjoy. I applaud your journey and thank you for your reaction. This album is special to a lot of us and we love seeing others go through the experience!
°𝕯𝖊𝖇𝖗𝖆𝖘𝖐𝖆° Exactly! The only thing I keep thinking about is what would the Kindness Punks do? Clearly the ones leaving the toxic and nasty comments are not true Gaga fans because if they were, they wouldn’t be spewing out hate.
Jairo, your comment express exactly how I felt during this video. It's a bible for us, we enjoyed every piece of Born This Way album since 2010's VMAs and the whole BTW journey was till 2012. Was two years of a massive production for us, her public, when music was not like its now, it was made 10 years ago. Its ok if you're listening to this for an hour in 2020's caotic year and express your highs and lows feelings.

I still remember when I was 15, still in the closet and wanting to change my hair but I couldn't at the time because of my family. I was ready to throw myself off my house's roof one certain night and end it all but I felt compelled to listen to that song one last time and while listening to it I cried my eyes out like never before, and it gave me a sorrowful strength, but still strength, so I'm still here today to tell the story
‼️‼️NEXT IS "ARTPOP"... HER MOST UNDERRATED ALBUM! A MASTERPIECE!!! Just please add "Do What You Want" Solo version or Christina Aguilera's ft version. Is one of Gaga's best songs ever and it would be amazing if you catch the meaning of the song! It's also a central pice behind the meaning of ARTPOP. I know we're about to get to the Born This Way videos first, I just wanted to say this already haha ❤️🔥 AMAZING REACTION AS ALWAYS! Please just make sure to be really open minded with ARTPOP! Let yourself flow with the music, open minded to think deeper with the lyrics and you'll find out this album is really fun, clever, and also A BANGER 🔥🔥🔥
@@BOOShawny Exactly, even disliked by some FANS!... I really think ARTPOP is misinterpreted in a lot of ways! Her record label did her dirty with this album, and + the fans and gp where not ready for such album right after "Born This Way". You know... some people say Joanne is Gaga's most personal record, or Chromatica or Born This Way. The truth is that I feel ARTPOP was her first most personal record, but under GAGA'S character perspective. We see this lyrically on AURA, DWUW, GYPSY, G.U.Y, SWINE, etc. And it's also reflected on the music. The chaos, the complexity of Gaga's character. Joanne is really the human side (Stefani's perspective) , Born This Way was about her past and owning her identity (Becoming Herself) , and Chromatica about her actual struggles with love, fame and herself. I gotta say that I love that Chromatica is kind of the perfect balance of Gaga and Stefani's perspectives. I really feel Chromatica is ARTPOP's twin in a way 🔥 Anyway... One thing I know for sure is that ARTPOP is so misunderstood, tricky to comprehend, but beautiful once you get it. And even if no one gets it, it's imposible to deny that musically is a BANGER 🔥🔥🔥🔥 AMEN ARTPOP.
E F it’s the dirty record label for me. It’s hard to like something when the creator Lady Gaga has spoken about all the things that she wanted to do but never was able to because of her record label messing shit up... it sorta makes it feel like a fake album or an incomplete album that wasn’t able to be what it was supposed to be. I still enjoy songs like Venus, Aura, G.U.Y, Mary Jane Holland...
@Ariel Alvarado It literally is fake german ahah There is no dialect like that in Germany It's like a mix between french and german.. swedish and stuff
@@leiraalvarado5745 the whole point is that it’s fake German, she’s saying she can’t speak German but to please the man she will, and he wouldn’t be able to tell.
This album gave me the courage to come out as gay to my religious family. I finally felt understood, not only by Gaga, but also by many other kids at the time going through the same thing. We started to feel proud of ourselves in an unapologetic way. This album also came out when gay marriage was still illegal. So we felt proud to be rebels (in a way) and stand up for love and equality. We were just a bunch of bad kids challenging the system.
Do not worry, it is an album that is about celebrating your personal identity, that is the reason for his energy in his songs, we appreciate that you will take your time to listen to him, do not stop listening to Gaga, now he has more than offer! I can't wait to see how you do with Artpop! greetings from Venezuela
maria c ARTPOP will be a trip for him!!! Aura and swine are currently my favorites. It changes once a month 😂 nothing will top that album for me. When I’m 50 I’m gonna bump that shit
It’s a very experimental album and didn’t care about the general public. She was at her prime and any album will be a hit, it’s a great opportunity to experiment. I see this album as it would make me wanna shout it all out without even giving a shit. It’s also an album which when I was young used as confidence booster.
She got way too much flack for her Joanne album. I don’t see the problem with trying to appeal to fans from many different genres of music. She can’t do dance music forever.
That’s the album of my life, “Born this way” gave me so much strength when I was just a little boy discovering my sexuality in the middle of a society like ours. And I dont agree that this album was made to listen just on live, I listen to it while studying, when I shower, when I'm cooking. But I respect your opinion 🤷🏻
Ever notice that she always hides her best songs towards the end part of her albums? It can’t be a coincidence that all my favorite songs by her are always usually at the last third of the album
Since this album was released I've always felt like this album wasn't made for the GP. It was made for the fans. Some people don't understand some of the lyrics because there are A LOT of metaphors, but songs like Marry The Night, Born This Way, Hair, Bad Kids, The Queen, they really hit hard af back when we were all teens and struggling with our identities, sexuality and self-love.
Ohm your comment made me tear up, fuck I understand that. Also marry the night was marrying your inner demons, it would be nice of him to put it there as well.
@@yousseframy5960 lmao stop generalizing I’m straight and this changed me just as much as you guys. Who you’re attracted to doesn’t determine how much beautiful art can impact you.
“Transformers having sex the whole time” I’m literally dying! 😂 This album ain’t for everybody, that’s for sure. I’m not even mad that you didn’t feel it, because it’s very different. It was the beginning of when Gaga started to veer off from commercial pop, but for the gays, this was fucking everything. 😂😂 we all died and then collectively resurrected and showed up at the tour and bought all the merch and drove our parents nuts listening to this album 24/7, and the rest of the world lost interest in her. Everything about this era was stunning. The music, the live show, the outfits, the music videos. It was a religious experience.
''The Gays'' is very generalizing. Not every gay person is going to love this. I am gay, I liked the album very much. But it is not her best and it wasn't everything to me. But I liked you said 'I'm not even mad that you didn't feel it'. Because you don't have to be. You can still enjoy the music yourself. Nothing can change the fact that you really like it. And that's all that matters. Everyone has a different taste.
TheNraveles He skipped showing it in the reaction for some stupid reason?? Like thats a highlight of the song. Why would you not show that reaction? Such a shitty reaction
Juan Sandoval It was his first time ever listening to it. Everyone comes from completely different backgrounds with music. I share your opinion that it's a huge highlight of the song, but that's shaped by my experience with music. Maybe it didn't stand out to him in the same way because of his experience with music!
Well copyright could attribute to what he edited out to be fair I know others who have reacted have it in thiers but copyright stuff can be really random like that also hes never heard it so he doesn't know it as an iconic part it's his first time hearing it.
Born this way is named a song which defines the past decade by rolling stones . Also born this way is naned as one of the best albums of past decade . This album is an art . Sad that you didn't like this perfection
Joe Ertman kind of, I do like how the interludes give you a break and how each section is a new sound. The first listen, by the end of fun tonight I was so tired of the house music and 911 was SUCH a welcome change
Chromatica doesn't have the heavy metal sounds so actually it's a lot mellower. I think that will help him settle into the album. Born This Way is like Gaga's music on ecstasy.
Hmm, I don't know... I don't think so, because Chromatica is not so aggressive as BTW. Like, yes, you can dance to every song, but overall the sound is lighter. Some songs are to dance your butt off and others are to cry at the club. 😹😹
Chromatica is my favorite album of Gaga, and yet I really struggle to hear Born This Way from start to finish, so I don't see why he wouldn't like Chromatica. Also, he was blown away by CII/911 transition in his reaction video ✌🏼
I listened to this album for the first time when I was 14 I just felt that it was written for me. This help me with so much stuff that I was going through. It thaught me that is ok to be diferent and that I was born to stand out. This is not just an album, it's a life changing experience. Fucking love it 😩💖
being transgender when I first listened to ‘hair’ I cried for hours listening to it on repeat and till this day this song is one of the things I appreciate the most and what gave me so much courage to be who I am today❤️
I think you maybe haven't lived the experiences this album is trying to showcase, and that's OK. You're opinions are valid even though I think this album is one of the best ever made. Don't feel bad, man.
@@rickson7575 Although the album spoke volumes to the LGBTQ+ community for the most part. This album is special to me not because of sexuality acceptance, for me it was about social acceptance for just being different. We gotta understand that the LGBTQ+ community wasn't the only group feeling disregarded and unaccepted during that time. Bullying was rising so high during that time, and many kids who identified with this album wasn't because of their sexualities. I hear what you're saying, but I feel it is important to note other significances.
@@ChickenAlfredo. You're right. I think that's also why she decided to incorporate heavy metal in this album, a genre that is exclusively for people who feel like social misfits and outcasts.
Kinda hurt u didn’t like the album it’s such an art and has a special place for me but maybe u just don’t understand its depth and story which is okay but idk if your gonna like Artpop 😭 its even more of a complex masterpiece wit more experimental sounds it was ahead of its time and when she released it people didn’t like it and it’s more crazy non stop sound lmao
He literally said "I think it's a great album," he liked it. What he disliked was how the album was curated and he's low-key right. It's just a really overwhelming album for the average listener; it sounds like a live concert album. Which is not a bad thing, just a completely different listening experience because it's mostly hard-hitting songs.
@@korololo8466 Seriously. I am not understanding people who say that ARTPOP is more complex and experimental than Born This Way. I like ARTPOP, but ARTPOP is nothing new in sound. It uses the trends in EDM music that were popular at the time in every song.
@@korololo8466 I don't think Artpop is more complex -- and I think it's definitely more shallow lyrically, as a whole -- but it was definitely more experimental. It was heavy EDM before heavy EDM was a thing (I think it as one of Zedd's first mainstream projects), as opposed to rock-infused electropop which is what BTW is. I don't think he'll like Artpop, except for Dope and Gypsy lol.
i respect your opinion but totally have to laugh at what you said at the end about how this album isn’t meant to be listened to studying, cleanin the house, driving in the car etc. because i grew up with this album and this is all i listened to whilst doing those things growing up HAHAHAHA
Okay, now I’m kind of scared for Artpop..... Okay, I’m very scared. I’m sad that you didn’t like most of the songs from this album, but I still thank you, for sharing this experience with us. Please, if you do get any negative comments, ignore them as best as you can, it’s your oppinion after all and we have to respect it even if we dissagree. Also, IF you can react to them without getting copyrighted. Would you react to Daft Punk’s discography?
Ramon Ramos most of it began with her label at the time. It was just so sad seeing this great project just... come tumbling down and hitting the floor. Edit: spelling
There are millions of teenagers all over the planet, from the 2010’s decade that we did not lose thanks to this album and the message. Including myself. This album was made for young LGBTQ kids of that era to keep going.
"Why do you like Lady Gaga so much? she's weird af." "What song drew you to her as a stan?" Born This Way was the album that made me a Lady Gaga full-blown stan. This album hits harder if you struggle being a homosexual, that's why you weren't feeling it. THAT'S FOR SURE. I grew up in a conservative environment and had homophobia kind of programmed into me. I've since learned how wrong I was. And as a teenager who's had a hard time dealing with his own identity, this record has shaped me into the confident, self-assured gay man that I am today. Lady Gaga was the ONLY artist who has helped me on my personal process of accepting who I was, and she's the reason I celebrate and embody my truth even from the deepest darkest part of my soul. Having someone as notable as gaga acknowledging your sexuality as valid, sacred, powerful, potentially world changing and that you weren't alone really helped me get through my teenage years and I can't thank her enough for that. This is the Album Of My Life, this album has changed my life forever, Stefani is the artist of my life and that's period. Amen.
This album was made to be listened everywhere, driving so fast on the road, dancing in the rain, making love, walking alone on the streets looking for a reason to be alive etc... Im a dancer and i really enjoyed this album when it came out, because i could dance everywhere, everytime when i was happy, angry, sad. But i think your reaction was so honest, and thats what most of the people are looking for
With this album she gave the gays everything we needed and some stuff we didn't know we wanted. I honestly think if this didn't come out when I was in HS I probably wouldn't have found the strength to come out. ❤️🏳️🌈
Gaga thought every song as an individual with a strong liberating message on each one, that is why you feel them all different and not as part of a whole, Born This Way was meant to be an album full of anthems to which we can relate and identify ourselves with, that is why to me, it is her magnus opus on her career.
The thing I learned very quickly with Lady Gaga's albums like Born This Way, Artpop, and Chromatica is that you cannot fully appreciate what they are doing with one listen. Gaga is more experimental than your typical pop star, and every listen makes you notice different things about the music. You're right this album in particular sounds way better live, but this is my favorite Lady Gaga album and my favorite one to listen to with headphones because the sound takes you somewhere else. It's exactly how I feel when I listen to David Bowie. She plays around so much with the vocal styles, heavy rock elements, and biblical lyrics. I guarantee a few more listens are required to dance to this album in your room, or while doing chores.
This is very true! As an OG Little Monster (since early-mid 2009) I absolutely hated Perfect Illusion from “Joanne” but months past and it is one of my favorites from Joanne! The key change to me highlights the song
Also, kinda sad that you didn’t liked the entirety of it. This album literally saved me. Whenever i listen to this album, it’s like, Lady Gaga is saying to me that she believes in me, that it’s okay to be different, what i am is valid, and the like. This entire album is screaming what we feel. 😭🥺
The songs are good he just has bad taste. His critiques didn’t even make sense even though it’s his opinion I feel that he should have gave better reasons.
My whole life was filled with bullying and rejection, also I was so confused by my sexual orientation back then and the fear of it as well, I loved this album bc for once I could celebrate my identity, I felt free of that, I could let my emotions explode when listening to the album
We still love you, I respect your opinion because each person perceives music differently, thank you for taking the time to listen to BTW. P. Ignores comments from toxic fans
I fear that you’re going to dislike ARTPOP and yet love Joanne.... Lady Gaga’s music isn’t for the same type of people And let’s not get started on the way that people reacted to Cheek To Cheek
Honestly, I feel his chief complaint was the lack of different sounds, and that things got a bit samey over time. If the queen was slapped in the middle it would've given a slight reprieve, with you and I releasing built tension more properly. I think he might like Artpop, it takes a lot of risks with all kinds of different sounds. But yeah, I think he will enjoy Joanne more.
Honestly i fear more for Chromatica since it has a continuous energy throughout Artpop has a few ups a downs i think. But idk really let's hope they don't bomb lmao
When I first listen to albums, I feel like everything sounds the same too 😅. I think you're right that listening a second time might change your opinion or maybe not 🤷🏻♂️ and that's okay! Enjoyment can grow over time with some of these songs, especially when looking at them through different lenses, but if that doesn't happen for you then I'm still happy with that because being genuine is more important!
He's doing a whole deep dive on this album.lyrics, videos etc across multiple videos. I'm sure he'll warm up more over time perhaps .it's not for everyone it's very underground club anthem music and as a gaga Stan, I actually see his point of pacing the whole album is banger after banger and there's no chill till almost the ending.
After the Bad Kids song I was kinda sad of watching this video bc he was getting clearly tired of the album, song after song, he was getting pissed off, idk. It's so weird cause I can listen to this album like *every single day* and won't get tired of it 😍💜 but it's his opinion, of course 🤷🏻♀️
Taylor, it's cool man! Not everyone vibes with the album on the first listen. I remember it took me a couple more listens to appreciate and enjoy the other tracks as well
the tour she did for this album is imo THE BEST tour she's ever done, if you react to any of her live performances of this era check at least one from the born this way ball (possibly the edge of glory and marry the night since they go together in the concert). also based in your reaction I'm guessing you're gonna love Joanne
I remember listening to this album when I was struggling with my self acceptance. This album brought me so much joy and helped me in so many ways. It brought the joy to the pain of reality in some ways and also helped me realize that however you identify, you are accepted and you are valid.
I respect your opinion, but "Born this way" is my favorite álbum all my life, it save my life since 8 years ago , is so dark and the same time is so beautiful, The lirycs, The concept.. 💚💚 My favorite song are Marry the night, Born this way, hair, The Queen, you and I and the edge of glory..
I think the album hit different on you when you're passing by some kind of insecurance or fear about yourself. I've first listen to it when I was 14 and by that time I was been harsh to myself about my sexuality as a bisexual. Feeling that it was wrong, idk. The power on this album made me think about self love and self respect, you know, I'm born this why! Hahaha. But now, years later, I can understand that the entire album with no breaks can be a little too much for somes. The tracks really don't change too much musically. Yet still it got chills on me when I listen to! lol Love your channel!! ❤️
I was able to witness and experience this album live at The Born This Way Ball Tour on México City and all I can say to you is that was FUCKIN' HUGE and MONUMENTAL. She completely nailed the show, she sang for more than two hours in that GIGANTIC stage. Was amazing T_T
"...The other songs have been more in your face". "...Feels like a mini rave." "Feels like a party that never stops". Hahahaha, oh honey, just wait till ARTPOP.🤭
When I was 14 this album literally save my life, is sad that you can not see the power of this album :c but it's okay, everybody has different experiences :3
Taylor was so hyped up about this album lol I imagine it's the favorite album for most of the Little Monsters. I've been a fan of Gaga since The Fame, so Born This Way was my third album experience, and man what an experience! It's my favorite album: it's the mix of instruments, the mix of genres, it's the positivy, it's the freedom. It is a very well produced album, it's got pop for the radio and pop for us fans. I was 14 and a boy who needed someone to talk about the freedom I deserved, someone to tell me I was born this way and that's it. I never hype anyone about something I love, music for example, cause at the end of the day it hits everyone differently, but just by the fact that you really enjoyed a few songs it makes me feel good cause after all one more person got to listen to Born This Way 🤘
Please, when you listen to ARTPOP, DON'T listen to Do what you want featuring R. Kelly , listen to the solo version (Wich I prefere) or the Christina Aguilera version . His verse makes the song sound sexual and it's not a song about sex. And I believe that the version featuring him was erased from almost all platforms
Scheiße means "Shit" in German. And the German in the intro, chorus and outro wasn't actually German but just gibberish things. But even though it's just gibberish it still means something. She said that everyone say that she just say nonsense things so she made a song that actually is nonsense. But Scheiße is a woman empowering song.
Bruh he can have his own opinion loool. He is not a gay guy in the year this album was coming out and had the same revelation as you guys. Congrats if you did but his ears are his ears. Respect the opinion lmao
CRY BABY I would read the comments again. They are upset that he doesn’t understand the album because he is “straight”. What does a personal opinion on sound have to do with being gay in order to appreciate it. I mean I’m gay and I don’t go giving everyone a history lesson on Gaga to force someone to like something.
Pure Skillz I mean I guess. He just said he didn’t like the production. But to appreciate it, I personally don’t see how anyone could understand the album unless they’ve been through hard times or like I said, are a minority.
Pure Skillz what it has to do with it being straight is that art is meant for certain audiences. This album was made for the gays and for people who are big Gaga fans. This isn’t a general public album people hated Judas when it came out. People hated Born This Way. Like the amount of fans who love Schibe but the GP don’t know about it, is a clear example. This album was meant for a specific group of people who were going to resonate. Obviously if you haven’t gone through anything the lyrics are signing about you aren’t going to love it as much.
i had a sense of euphoria when i listened to scheiße for the first time and it was with headphones. she recorded most of this album while she was touring on the road which is why it has that live feel. she specifically didn't want any slow songs (like with chromatica) so even tho a song may have sad lyrics you can still dance to it. i would give it a second listen cause each song really is very different (again, like chromatica which are all upbeat).
I have a Born This Way tattoo on my left arm. This album came out when I was in high school and I was bullied then. And this album helped me survive this time and accept everything about myself, especially my sexuality. Among all GaGa albums this one has the strongest meaning to me and after the Fame (that is very sentimental) it's my favourite album. I'm glad that you noticed one of the most important things when it comes to music on BTW - that it should be listened to live. It's true, but also I love listening to it on my earphones :D well I really respect your opinion on it tho. Much love!
Born This Way album saved lifes. It’s unexplainable for some people but its a fact. Gaga been fighting for human righs lgbtq+ and blm the whole decade she is such an angel 🥰
I really apreciate your honesty!!!, we still love u taylor :D and well, this album it's so hardcore, it literally left Lady Gaga on a wheelchair at the end of the tour lol (she broke her hip and had to cancel the last 21 shows). Also, please don't forget to react to the final video of this era, """"FAME (director's cut)""" the Lady Gaga's perfume commercial directed by Steven Klein (same director as Alejandro) it features "Scheibe" and the visuals are amazing!!!!
Your opinion is valid and I love your honest reaction. All of these songs actually makes her Born This Way Ball World Tour iconic and it makes all her fans scream and release all the energy they keep.
I feel like he’ll like chromatica. The songs may be upbeat, but they don’t have that hard, aggressive, in your face kinda energy like ARTPOP, or Born This Way
Why are y'all saying he disliked the album? Did we watch the same video? He literally said he thinks it's a great album at the end and even liked most of the songs. The critique he had of the album was not that it was bad, but that it's almost entirely hard hitting house and edm songs, which leaves very little breathing room. So, this isn't the type of album most people who listen to casually; it has a very clear live-venue vibe. It makes sense that *fans* would like it for this reason, but most casual listeners WILL get tired of hearing a lot of the same genre and tempo wise. This is also why he said some of the tracks have a hard time standing out.
AS A LITTLE MONSTER FROM JUST DANCE. DO NOT HATE ON HIM. Born This Way was for people who went through certain shit. This is a very conceptual yet dark and personal album as well. Not EVERYONE will love this album. As amazing and perfect this album is, EVERYONE has different tastes in music.
Please don’t worry about what people say. I am a big lady Gaga fan but I myself do not like EVERY song song she has ever written. It’s unrealistic. And I appreciate your honesty and authenticity! Please do not humor us. I lose respect for reactors personally when I can tell they are just being fake about liking the music to appeal to the audience. Thank you for being honest and saying you don’t like some songs.
This album wasn’t written for everyone. Many of us we needed that energy and pasion for self expression. I listened to it for the first time with headphones on at 10:30 pm and busted into tears feeling that she wrote it for me.

This comment is so powerful.
This comment is so not relatable.
Girl, you just hit me in my heart, this is so accurate... 💔
This is how I would classify her discography:
For the General Public: The Fame, The Fame Monster, Chromatica & A Star is Born Soundtrack
For those who want a little more depth: Cheek to Cheek & Joanne
For the Heavyweights who just love all sorts of music and want something different than your generic pop: Born This Way & ARTPOP
Accurate
Ohhh. Totally. 👏👏👏
Good for me!!! Thx!
Chromatica fits into all your categories.
Artpop is ❤.
i respect everyone's opinions but you can really tell the difference between monsters and locals here. some albums are written for the fans alone and that's exactly what born this way and ARTPOP are, i never understood why the general public didn't understand these albums because to me they're literal masterpieces... all i have to say is you're going to love joanne
I was a casual listener pre-Artpop. She transformed me when ARTPOP dropped.
joanne 😆
Buchanan Winchester that’s good! generally speaking though that’s when the public said she was over because that album “flopped”...most people didn’t get it, but i think it’s incredible
Exactly!
I think songs like The Edge of Glory and You and I are universal and not just geared toward her fans.
Almost 10 yrs on and HAIR still has the power to make me tear up . It along with JUDAS are two of my top 5 from Gaga
I was just thinking that! even hearing HAIR as part of a reaction video all these years later almost made me tear up bit.
forever and ever 100%
after all these years HAIR is still of my favorite songs to me because it literally describes my life
I have always disliked the version of Hair on the album, but when she sings it acoustic on the piano I definitely feel the same way.
That and reading the interview words during edge of glory 🥺
born this way is not just an album, it is a work of art, a totally conceptual lifestyle

One of my favorite albums of her’s. IDK why it was so disliked
I really feel Chromatica is ARTPOP's twin in a way 🔥
Anyway... One thing I know for sure is that ARTPOP is so misunderstood, tricky to comprehend, but beautiful once you get it. And even if no one gets it, it's imposible to deny that musically is a BANGER 🔥🔥🔥🔥
AMEN ARTPOP.

This album ain’t for everybody, that’s for sure.
Nothing can change the fact that you really like it. if you think the nonstop dance energy on this album is too much, you'll likely feel the same way about chromatica

This album was made for young LGBTQ kids of that era to keep going.
"Why do you like Lady Gaga so much? she's weird af."
"What song drew you to her as a stan?"
Born This Way was the album that made me a Lady Gaga full-blown stan.

Yet still it got chills on me when I listen to! lol
Love your channel!!
This album has saved many lives around the world ❤️😍❤️.
And I believe that the version featuring him was erased from almost all platforms
unpopular opinion, even though he is a shit person, his verse is good
@@danielm6164 I think it's kinda good, but doesn't fit in with the meaning of the song.
His version is way better than Xtina's for me, I'm afraid to say. His background vocals alone are missed.
@@nickh5021 I prefer the solo version over xtina's tbh
Do What You Want ft. R. Kelly is Spotify in unplayable.
It means that when a woman speaks up her mind men only hear nonsense.
Xae lmao no i- 💀
i’m scared to see artpop reaction if born this way was too much for him
THIS IS WHAT WE ALL ARE WAITING FOR!!!!
This album is way more experimental than her first 2 so it does take time to grow on you. I loved it right away though, it’s my favourite album ever!
Bruh he can have his own opinion loool. He is not a gay guy in the year this album was coming out and had the same revelation as you guys. Congrats if you did but his ears are his ears. Respect the opinion lmao
No one said he couldn’t.... they’re just saying the album means much to people in the lgbt+ community and other minorities.
I appreciate you being truthful! I’d rather it be your real opinion over a fake reaction any day.
i had a sense of euphoria when i listened to scheiße for the first time and it was with headphones. she recorded most of this album while she was touring on the road which is why it has that live feel. she specifically didn't want any slow songs (like with chromatica) so even tho a song may have sad lyrics you can still dance to it. i would give it a second listen cause each song really is very different (again, like chromatica which are all upbeat).
Yes, she really topped "The Fame" and "The Fame Monster" with this album 🔥🔥🔥
Marry The Night is THAT song!!!!
just know it's fans' favorite, this album grows so much
I really apreciate your honesty!!!, we still love u taylor :D and well, this album it's so hardcore, it literally left Lady Gaga on a wheelchair at the end of the tour lol (she broke her hip and had to cancel the last 21 shows).
All of these songs actually makes her Born This Way Ball World Tour iconic and it makes all her fans scream and release all the energy they keep.
the fact that he's not going to like ARTPOP or Chromatica...
Seriouslyyyyy
he is going to love Chromatica,
I feel like he’ll like chromatica. The songs may be upbeat, but they don’t have that hard, aggressive, in your face kinda energy like ARTPOP, or Born This Way
I have the feeling he's gonna leave this series mid-way cause of both obsessed Little Monsters and self disinterest lmao
L F What makes you say that?
gaga also LOVES drums and guitar. she loves improving with them on stage its magical
This album saved my life. There's a unexplainable connection between Lady gaga and her fans little monsters. Love you gaga❤️
Brooo it’s ok if you don’t understand the album at the first listen
Don’t worry
You’ll love Joanne Album
Born this way was the fastest selling single of all time at that point. Selling over 1million singles in 24hrs☺️
