thanks for the interesting insights. what you do think about the warm wc rode (-1/-5)? do you prefere the t-lines im this range? do you use the rode special wc waxes more for old snow or in all conditions? and what do you think about guru?
$150.00 kick wax kit? Hah! I just bought four klisters and 4 dry hard waxes and two synthetic corks. These were the best commercial waxes for the conditions and my cost was $179.00. The wax companies are not giving up their post fluoro profits. The wax margins are absurd!
You got it Pierre - the -1/-7 is now B17! The biggest challenge for making a new version of that video is catching a couple of experienced waxers in one place at one time!
quite interesting, thanks! 21:22 = 24:42 -> is it a test to be certain we payed attention all the way? :-) ... And yes, it would be great if you could do it with klisters! (and maybe glide wax, too)
Having a high school team where we are trying to help the team members to understand the waxing process, we have stayed with one system that covers everything and that is Swix. we always have great kick and superb glide, especially now with the new Swix products. I find it amazing that you relegate Swix to LALA land.
I’d love to see one of these with Klister! Or an updated edition with Fluoro-free hard waxes.
Can you make a video how to apply that Vauhti superbase? When i try to apply it doesent spread smoothly and then i have hard time to iron it smooth..
thanks for the interesting insights.

Enjoyed this, but would like to see an update. Also, yes, klister!
Looks like someone else had the same ideas.

With all my jabber, your conversation is extremely valuable. This is just one fantastic conversation; sans Swix!
Clearly this is five years old because the prices have gone through the snow base!
