I got it from local pharmacy in india not tried it in usa .. but will check out and let u know.. just make sure its it is a oil formula .. i.e when u cut the pill oil should come out .. bcoz mostly the one we get in costco / any pharmacy is the gel ones for consumption..
I don’t think so.. but in my personal experience amla orally and applying it on hairs prevents graying of hairs
