Hey TOm this is super helpful! Thank you. I do have a question. For the free method, since Amazon has a rule on seller central account that states for review request that ar least 14days is needed after goods has been delivered to the customer ( Reference @1:48-@2:00) shouldnt the sellerboard review request ,aka the paid method, be sent in a similar fashion 14days after delivery ? (reference to @7:27) ...... In your video, sellerboard is ends emails to customer 2 days after delivery to said customers (reference to @7:27) , is it that the paid method is not stipulated to follow amazon seller central 14day rules(aka the free method)

I think it’s a really nice feature, but for the custom templates will the email come from me & my email & not from Amazon?
If so, might people have concerns about clicking on a hyperlink in an unsolicited email & therefore just delete it?
So far I’ve not used this feature due to that concern.

So for each order i can send a request review? Or thats against Amazon Policy? For example if i get 20 orders that are alredy delivered to the customer i can request a review for each order? Thank you!!!
