"Never give up on God" Amen! Romans 3:23-25 ESV for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, [24] and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, [25] whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith. This was to show God's righteousness, because in his divine forbearance he had passed over former sins. 1 Corinthians 10:31 ESV So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. ❤✝️
1 Corinthians 6:18-20 NIV [18] Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body. [19] Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; [20] you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies Matthew 5:29-30 NLT [29] So if your eye-even your good eye-causes you to lust, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. [30] And if your hand-even your stronger hand-causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.
I will pray for you. Don’t ever give up. When you feel like you have no faith left and like you’re rotten to the core, keep fighting. Keep going back to God and learn from your failures. You’re not alone in the fight.

wow, i needed to hear that. Anytime I fall back into temptation or sin I feel too broken to seek God. But God truly welcomes us back with open arms every single time we fall. God's grace and love toward us is so beautiful, we truly cannot comprehend His great love.
Satan wants us to feel unworthy because of our sin, but God loves us all and offers us all salvation if we accept him. Jesus died for our sins so while we may be dirty he makes us clean again.
Please pray for me to overcome my lust. The longest I've went without giving in is a mere 10 days. I just want to be delivered from this evil that I love in the flesh, but hate in the Spirit.
In the meantime, can I pray that you overcome the condemnation that you feel? Christians fall short every day. God knows they will. His forgiveness and mercy are broader and deeper than we can ever fathom or exhaust. God brings conviction with gentleness. It is we who condemn ourselves and judge harshly. Your sin is not an obstacle to God. Forget your long account of sin for a while. Stop condemning yourself. Remember God loves you as you are. Concentrate on hearing God's voice, and yield to Him. In this, and everything else. When you fail to yeild to Him, acknowledge that you are an unproductive servant in need of His grace and strive to do better in the future. Don't condemn yourself and become disheartened. We ARE forgiven! That means we are GIVEN grace beFOREhand! He knows who we are and what we are like. Sinful creatures in a fallen world. It is not our results that matter, but the sincerity of our efforts. None of us is perfect, or without sin. Praise God, you seem sincere in your efforts to overcome sin, but do it in His strength and not in your own, and remember that God isn't nearly as harsh and unforgiving about your sin as you can be.
However unlike heading to hell, God helps you in the road to Heaven. You're provided with peace, love and joy despite the things you face. I think that's a really comforting thing to know that God's there. So uh, just keep going to the right place with the right hands. God's there. God bless.
great, now I'm in tears. Thank you for so perfectly illustrating what it's like to walk with Christ whilst experiencing the realities, temptations and traumas of this world.
I used to be the agnostic, the atheist, the denier. I'm done being those things. I do still love science and exploring the nature of the universe, but now I have faith in Jesus Christ. In God. In not sinning. And in being good. In doing good and having faith. If I, the once furious, prideful, drunkard of an atheist can make this change and feel love, faith, and hope, then you can too. To everyone reading, God and Jesus love you. Keep trying to do good, and have faith. You are enough. And you are not alone. Stay alive. Amen. ❤
This is incredible! The love of our saviour is just so pure, so perfect, so powerful. The people that reject him, haven't fully grasped the purity that is in his love and his kingdom. But once we understand how beautiful it is, we can't resist following him. He is the way, the truth, and the life. May God bless all of us immensely, amen.
When I was hurting, i'd run and seek numbness in booze, weed, pills, and other drugs. I was trying to escape and numb the pain.. Maybe find a little happiness from the world rather than seek comfort in Gods arms. I always knew God, as long as I can remember, but I ran into my own destruction for so long. Never feeling worthy, I'd always self sabotage and live so recklessly. Slowly, God has delievered me from those ways. He has given me a heart of love and eyes of discernment, but there will always be work to do. How great is God! God loved me all through my failures and poor choices. He was waiting for me to learn what I needed to learn all the while watching over me.
Amen! Thank you for sharing my friend. Truly your story has inspired me and I feel like I saw myself in your story especially the first half. I am current in this pit, my sin and the desires of my heart circling me like hyenas, waiting for my demise. I have fallen a million times but God has loved me even I did. It’s an overwhelming feeling, one that I don’t quite feel like I deserve after all the pain I have inflicted on the Lord. I have gone to war with myself and my weapon aim at Him who has loved me through and through, never leaving me nor forsaken me. Your testimony has given me hope. Thank you for sharing and may God continue to use you and bless you ❤️
@hellothere1973 God bless you. May he deliver you from temptation and help you overcome the world. We will always be imperfect, but God can save us from ourselves and give us new hearts. Hearts strong enough to overcome the enemy and loving enough to love those who do us wrong.

This made me cry ive been a smoker ever since i was 17 addicted to pornography ever since i was 13 addicted to alcohol ever since i turned 20. Ive failed in so many regards that sometimes i do consider suicide meaningful relationships have failed because of me, and it only adds to the hurt. i want to feel and be able to do that without substances but every time i try i feel like im going to explode, yet gods always been with me through everything even though he shouldnt. im not a good person by any means.
You are loved with a love that we cant even comprehend🤍 We all fall short on this love, important is to get up and ask for forgivness! I will pray for you because I know our God can set you free from your addictions!
You are not alone. In fact every true christian struggles just in a different way. But God is genuinely happy to see you return. My relative said to me once: When a father is holding a baby there are no conditions to his love. Whether it's causing troubles or not, whether it has brown or blue eyes, all it's sickness, nothing that matters. There is just love. I'm very sorry for you and I know full well what it's like to fail( especially when you promise you'd change). But hold in there. It really gets better. I also struggle with lust but now the thoughts and images in my head are milder. I constantly say to myself:If God really created something out of nothing, then he can make something from everybody even out of me😔😮💨
I Pray in Jesus name for healing, for standing up, for arising from darkness. I Pray Light of Jesus and His Blood over your life, His Spirit on you, guid you to light, to His children to get power back.
God will touch you and lead to people that will inspire and transform , when it happens Come Back and share it with us God is doing it now, and his Angels are arranging everything now
todays my birthday. i messed up, i couldn't resist. its sunday. i needed this video, thank you. you are a blessing. im disappointed in myself, yet i don't touch the one thing to heal me of my sins.. my bible sits next to me wanting to be picked up, God wants me free and I keep saying no. how selfish. thank you for having such a way with words. this video made me cry. I need change and only im capable of starting that discipline.
Why does this have to be so relatable? A Christ follower who took up smoking and has a hard time quitting?? I've tried quitting, but it's a habit that won't go away. And people talk to me like I need to go cold turkey, did you try exercise, do this do that, blah blah.. like they have any idea what drove me to do it in the first place (unbearable emotional pain from divorce, which I'm over from 5 years ago.. except now I'm stuck with this habit). Now I have a dependency, and it's a leisure activity that I'm sure is killing me. I've never been super healthy and fit, either, which makes it worse. I always teeter on average. God's been graceful in allowing me to keep living with no health problems, but at some point, it will all catch up to me in an instant and I won't be able to reverse it. Even though I know all of this, you know what? Smoking represents taking a break, stepping away from things so I can relax and think. But that's not a practice I've been able to do without a cigarette. Someone please let me know if they've been through the same thing or are going through it right now, to share thoughrs. I just needed to get this out and hear what others who have struggled with smoking actually have to say. One day I will quit, one way or another.
My uncle was able to quit smoking by replacing the habit with chewing peanuts. He would step outside for some fresh air and chew peanuts for 5-10 minutes. Jesus said when 1 demon is removed, 7 more can enter. so it is important to fill the void with something else that is good. Otherwise, things could get a lot worse, without the positive replacement. Everyone is different, so find what works for you. Another thing I'd like to add is that I struggle with alcohol. I drank for 10 years and couldnt go more then a month without a drink. I tried different things on my own and had no success until I starting praying. I prayed at the beginning of every day, asking for help to stay sober just for today and then at the end of the day I would give thanks to God for keeping me sober for today. I was then able to achieve 1 year of being alcohol free. It was during this time I won tickets, to see my favorite sports team live for the first time. I'm speaking from personal experience so my advice to you is to find what works for YOU. Research for yourself to see what may help your specific situation, as everyone is different and unique. There is hope. The important thing is to never give up and to continue to try, try, try again.
@iroquoispliskinlt.juniorgrade and that verse is referring to how without The Holy Spirit, then that person is an open vessel for worse demons to harm you. But if your house isn't empty and has the Holy Spirit, then demons can't enter you. Think of your addiction as spiritual warfare. The closer you are to God, the less temptation can grip you. Have a good day, and stay sober🤍
I’m in the same boat as you brother.. my romantic relationship is what got me to start smoking.. and yeah sometimes it feels like I can only think straight when I light up that cigarette.. yup I know it’s killing me too.. but I have given it over to JESUS I have been praying about it for months. JESUS says all things are possible for HIM who has faith. So I’m leaving it up to GOD I know and have faith that I’m gonna stop before it harms me.. I have gone one full day today without smoking… it starts here and if I fall again JESUS will give me the strength the bear my cross and walk again.. have faith, believe and you will quite. I know it’s finished for me because GOD says it is.
Same thing but a different addiction for me. And I want to hit on what you said was the cause is what matters, what drove you to do it. You're totally right and I think the answer is right there in your words; the thing we need to address is not the action (of course we want the action to go away) but we need to address the root of the brokenness. If we don't address the source of our pain, something else will fill the gap of smoking, some new, unhealthy method of escape. God is in the business of healing and molding us, he is the great physician. He wants to heal you and it starts with being intimate and vulnerable with him about all your pain and the circumstances surrounding your divorce. As he heals you he will change your heart and you will replace your habits. Remember to keep your eyes on him and his goodness and the things of his will... set your mind on beautiful things. If you only focus on not trying to smoke you will eventually fall, human willpower has limits. Also remember that when you feel the emptiness, the pangs, the urge to smoke... you have the choice to fill it with God who will fulfill or smoking that won't. Love you brother and I know that he will bring victory in your life. He didn't just die on the cross.. but rose!!! He has promised that you will rise as well.
I come from a severe drug addiction background and to this day nicotine has been one of the hardest things for me to give up, mostly because of stress, and the fact it’s not socially unacceptable like the hard drugs, and people are so proud of me for how far I’ve come with opioids and Marijuana that they don’t think my nicotine addiction is a big deal and sometimes it encourages me a little bit to hang onto and convince myself I don’t need to quit. I will say I had moments when I was really walking close with the Lord that I tried to quit, and did pretty good considering how long and how much I’ve smoked or vaped all my life, also nicotine patches helped for sure. Something I noticed though is that I start to feel like I can’t give it up when I’m not trusting God, and have some anxiety about where I stand with Him. When I’m confident in my walk and not doubting or full of fear and anxiety I don’t feel the need to smoke NEARLY as much and for me I think that will be the key to quitting. Biggest advice is take your eyes off your sin and put it on Jesus. Like Moses who raised the serpent in the wilderness and it healed all who looked upon it, so it is with us when we look to Jesus, we can’t possibly do this stuff or quit on our own, or even if we force ourselves to stop, only He can truly heal us from these addictions at the root once and for all. it’s all through looking to the cross, not ourselves which will only lead to more discouragement.
I am struggling too. I know that I don’t hate my sins enough because I keep running to them for comfort. I do, however, hate how my sin separates me from my Heavenly Father… I want to trust in Him like I did at first. And to have enough strength again to carry my cross and die to self. I’ve felt so weakened by life that I don’t want to feel the struggle, but I know only true freedom and joy will be possible once I do. Please pray for me. I will be praying for those who are also struggling in the same fight.
Woah man, absolutely spot on of the tension between wanting God but also wanting sin and the comfort it brings at times. Really powerful and beautiful, very well done
every time i return to God or i see something related to God after sinning, I feel a tingling feeling in my right cheek like as if it's a hand holding my cheek
I’ve finally overcome alcoholism, marijuana dependency, and nicotine withdrawal, thank you Christ. Lust is all that is left holding me back. How far disconnected I’ve become.
It hurts the most when you know exactly what this feels like, word for word. This video really broke me but the tears from it ironically feel like healing like breaking down walls. Thank you brother in Christ for not being afraid to show the things that happen in the secret place and doing so in a way that tells us God really is. He is love and He will never give up on us even when we’re like the prodigal son and walk away. Even when we’re like Jonah and run away. Cause if God saw Barabbas as worthy to save, you too my friend are set free. This is apart of your journey, your testimony. Tell the people. You are free my friend. You are free. Never give up on God cause God has left the 99 to look for you and when He finds you, He rejoices. Keep fighting the good fight for anyone reading. You are not alone! ❤️
Hallelujah! And wow! "He is love and He will never give up on us even when we’re like the prodigal son and walk away. Even when we’re like Jonah and run away. Cause if God saw Barabbas as worthy to save, you too my friend are set free." I am absolutely encouraged. ❤🔥
I needed to hear this right now. This is a picture of my life and the life of many more. This is something you can't even discuss in Sunday School or with anybody that hasn't struggled with mental health and addictive disorders. It is the raw and real truth! Praise God for His Mercy, Grace and Unconditional Love. He is the friend of the broken hearted and Jesus knows our sin as it bore it bleeding on the cross! Thank you my brother for this timely reminder. I've hit a low point and have even felt lost again. Going to pick up my Bible and get on my knees.
Dang brother, that hit me in the feels. Was saved in high school. Fell during Iraq. Was given another opportunity to accept His gift years later. Still struggle with sin and this video nails the internal battle I constantly have. Would like to see more of this style of videos from you. Be that light brother.
This thorn in my flesh. This lustful tendencies. I envy people who could just say no to these tendencies. While I on the other hand, suffer from persevering to not cross that line. It's like people who could just quit alcohol while I go crazy not being able to control myself. We all have our own sufferings. It's inevitable. Maybe the point is to suffer with joy, that suffering when directed towards God will lead to grace and His Kingdom. I truly believe that this suffering is just a reminder that were not meant in this world. We are mere pilgrims of the world.
My friend, thank you. Thank you for reminding me of His love for me. Thank you for reminding me, to be better. Try to be better. Not just for me but because He chose me to be better. Jesus loves you.
Oh, God how I hate the sin, and how I hate my fleshly desires, Oh God how I desire to be of one Spirit and flesh, and yet still I live in a body of death. For sin is but ashes in the mouth, and dust in the wind. Destruction to what I hold dear. If you say you love sin, you do not know life, and you do not understand death.
Sin distances one from God (Isa. 59:2) and makes one more vulnerable to the Destroyer. The sheep must not stray from the protection of the Shepherd (Psalm 23). The road to life is long and difficult (Matt. 7:14), one must exercise faith, patience and persistence. Best wishes to all.
I tried making myself feel better by going for a drive and blasting the music, first. Nothing worked. Called out to Christ from the spiritual pain. I didn't want to sin. I felt like Job, rolling around on the ground in pain. Everything was taken from me. I complained to Christ and then I cried, well balled like a hungry baby. It feels so lonely when you fight sin. Then after all that tension, I felt much better but it took a while of struggle. God Bless.
Im watching this high rn. I was doing fine i felt before doing it the first time but maybe i wasnt. I do gain a lot of confidence high and do feel free and ethereal sometimes. Its the best feeling i ever felt
most powerful, personable, and respectable video I’ve seen after mindlessly scrolling on TH-cam. Thank you for your message. But I thank you Father God for Your sacrifice and patience. Through You, i will be made whole.
This is what real Christian men should act like. Taking full accountability, with no shaming of others who struggle with continuous sin. Not afraid to share their weakness with others. I think me and you would get along quite well, we have very similar traits and views it seems. Christ is King and will give each of us that submit to him the strength to overcome the strongholds in our lives. God bless you man, wonderful video
I'm battling with lust. No matter how much I try to break free I keep falling...I'm 19 but this all started when I was 11. I'm tired of it. I'm sick and tired. In fact, I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. And I'm involved with a guy online who i like so much but he won't get me closer to God. In fact he's dragging me away but i don't know how to end things with him. I thought i could control lust...little did ik is that its actually controlling me. Its a stronghold that I can't seem to get rid of
Me too, it started when I was 11, before I'd sleep I'd have to "fantasize about a guy.. " 😹. I'm now 22 and 2 yrs ago my lust upgraded into masturbation I watched a lot of yt vids to advice me on how to stop, also prayed about it. I'm a female btw. I fought it, I'm fighting those urges every day. I haven't done any of those for a couple months. I look back and sometimes laugh at how pointless it was. I hope you are able to fight it too, I know you can 💃💪 Also leave that guy, this yr I was in the same boat as you but as soon as he mentioned he doesn't believe in God. I cut things off with him off. Sorry for the long typing 😅
@acidicsoul4978 nooo no problem at all. This actually made me feel a lot better, and it gave me a lot of hope. I pray that I will be able to fight it as well
I’m 24. My bf was struggling hard and lead to a horrible breakup. If you get into a relationship let your partner know your struggles before she or he finds out and it causes break up. I was being lied to for years. I gave him a chance and now we are 2 year strong again and he’s changed so much. I couldn’t believe the guy I was with since high school was struggling so bad with lust…he said his started since he was like 8. It was like porn, sexually charged tv shows and books and just his brain couldn’t be normal because he was basically being controlled by his lust. Not a way to live. Now he’s stop watch porn and changed his perspective and has has a good job and stopped masturbating (we live together) our relationship got a lot better. Before he was obsessed with sex. Now it feels balance like he’s more himself. I’ll pray for you! Sorry if this is TMI
something i’ve heard of is when you have a small thought of going back to your sin, you have to turn your thoughts. for me, i feel like i have to almost physically turn my thoughts, like i have to make myself think of anything else until something catches on and the thoughts of sin are pushed away. lingering on the thought of sinning, especially the (temporary) satisfaction that comes with it, is what brings you into action.
That is definitely one of the things I struggle with. And have been struggling with it for over 40 years, only in recent years realizing that for me the struggle has been so hard because I didn't realize I was dealing with an addiction (basically since early middle school). But God has always seen me through. So many bad situations I got myself into (or almost did) that in hindsight could have been so much worse had God not been looking out for me. He gives me the strength to resist temptation and turn away from my wicked ways. And when I stumble and fall (as I so often do), he picks me up, dusts me off, wipes away my tears (and shame), wraps His loving arms around me and says, "Let's try again. I have you." Take heart and have hope, "For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him." - 2 Corinthians 5:21
The amount of times I’ve been in this same struggle/thoughts is countless. But yet here I am still on fire for my lord. & as I sit back for a sec & look how far I’ve come with Christ, I realize how victorious he’s made me in all my battles. Which shows me he has & never will leave me nor forsake me (deuteronomy 31-6-8) he’s showed me all it takes is simple faith. Just keep it simple with him. Love him, trust/obey his word, let go of yourself & lay at his feet everyday. Just submit to his loving grace & mercy & he’ll heal all your brokenness. He has helped me overcome so many addictions. I’m far from perfect but I can finally see the work he’s done in my life. Thank you my Father💜✝️
This was incredible. "For what I am doing I do not understand: for that which I desire to do I do not do, and that which I desire not to do I do." -Romans 7:15
In another instance of too much sloth I was experiencing temptation, then this popped up and I clicked on it. Thank you man. Thank you God. He renews my strength with strength greater than my own.
This was very beautiful! Sin shall no more have dominion over me! She who lives in pleasure is dead while she yet lives. He who sows to the flesh will of the flesh reap corruption but he who sows to the spirit will of the spirit reap life ever lasting! The grace of God given to us TO deny ungodliness! Only by His grace can we walk up rightly and even then our righteousness is as filthy rags before Him. Sin hurts so bad! I got into drinking and partying at 14 and now I’m 30 saved 5 years ago, it’s been a battle overcoming all the things I used to numb myself but my oh my is the reward of a clean conscience and His presence worth it! I think knowing He is always there and never will leave us or forsake us is the biggest help to actually cry out to Him and be able to turn away from sin!
I also used to smoke, but got showed me in a dream that i cant keep smoking and get to heaven. God is good, he set me free from smoking, he can help you too. Amen
@@ninjarogue I mean why would god allow one person to commit a sin and not someone else. I was trying to understand if smoking was a sin or not and then I had the dream where god showed me that it was a sin and that i had to quit. Then i knew i had to stop and i fought the addiction with god. I prayed over and over for god to take the addiction away and with the help of god i broke free. It wasnt easy for me and i fell many times but with gods help everything is possible. Pray to god and ask him for help and realise that it is in fact a sin and that you need to repent of it. God bless.
@@ninjarogue Well I dont really remember since i try to leave that behind. But if you are a smoker and you know that you have to quit god can help you like he helped me.
Thank you for this brother. Following Jesus truly is becoming a soldier for HIs kingdom, fighting spiritual battles every day. But let us remember that we are already victorious in Jesus's death on the cross! I pray we draw strength from Him each day, and not rely on our own. Spirits up Christians!
I’m unsure how this video popped up on my feed, but as someone who has been dealing with the battles of life and the battle of temporary pleasure that leads only to roads of brokenness and regrets. I am thankful I found this video and this just gets me one step closer to where I need to be. I’ve been broken for a long while and sometimes it feels like he’s not watching or listening. Some days it’s hard to put on my shoes let alone try to go and make a difference. I try to be a kind person, try to let the trials of this life not effect me knowing how temporary they are and sometimes it just feels like my mind is so foggy and can’t see the bigger picture in the moment. Thank you for your work, it truly spoke into my soul and offered much replenishment.
The hours, days, weeks and months searching TH-cam for answers and finally, mercifully, the answer appears in a video two and half minutes long. Thank you Mr Ryan. Just what I’ve been searching for. 😢
Seeing this at just the right time. Currently battling my cigarette addiction. I pick up another pack and remember Romans 14.23 constantly. Smoking has become a sin for me and feels like spitting in Gods face, showing Him I don’t care about the temple he has given me. I want to be free. Pray for me.
“How I hate the sin too, so much I was willing to die to save you from it” GOT ME IN TEARS!! God sees you, He hears you, and He loves you. He is our Shepherd, and we’re His sheep 🥲🤍 John 10:27-30
Amen. Thank you Matthew so much for the video. God has saved me recently from a car crash which wasn’t violent but I believe it was punishment for my countless sins of lust. I’m trying to stop but the sin is so attractive I keep falling back. I have started going to mass every Sunday and that has definitely helped me do it less often. The goal is to focus on my career, physicality and relationships so I don’t have to think about that sin again.
For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me. For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.
This is the perfect description of the normal Christian life. The sixteenth century reformer Martin Luther said that our greatest sin is presuming that we are righteous, and the first of his famous 95 theses states that the life of a Christian is a life of daily repentance.
Stop...I can't cry at work 😅 I mean, I am right there. Trying to tell myself I hate my sins, but I don't hate them as much as I should. I'll be good for a while and resist temptation, but then sometimes I feel completely powerless and unable to resist even the smallest sins. Lord, have mercy on me.
Dang that was powerful and totally relatable. Thanks for the rawness and realness that most people don't speak about, reminds us we're not alone in our struggles
My brother I’m glad I found you.I will leave you with this knowledge.Go listen to the words of Amazing Grace and See the Grace thru Our wretchfull hearts and Awaken my brother Reborn.🙏👼✝️
"Have patience with all things, but chiefly have patience with yourself. Do not lose courage in considering your own imperfections but instantly set about remedying them - every day begin the task anew." St. Francis de Sales "Christians must lean on the Cross of Christ just as travelers lean on a staff when they begin a long journey. Earthly riches are like the reed. Its roots are sunk in the swamp, and its exterior is fair to behold; but inside it is hollow. If a man leans on such a reed, it will snap off and pierce his soul." St. Anthony of Padua "For God is compassionate and merciful, and will forgive sins in the day of tribulation: and he is a protector to all that seek him in truth." Ecclesiasticus (Sirach) 2:13 You should consider doing a spiritual retreat in a monastery, blot out the noise of the world. God bless
I forgive you your sins. You are not defined by the mistakes you've made. You are defined by the love God has showered upon you. Thank you for this video.
Man, never had a video speak exactly what had been going. Through my mind and speaking to my same struggle. It's proof the Holy Spirit is the same in us, giving us the conviction we need but also the hope that we need as well.
I’ve gone through so much. And I’ve suffered trauma that’s been affecting me long term because of the church and it made my OCD worse. But I’m not going to give up on God. Jesus went through way more for me
Thank you Lord for the video it is nice knowing im not the only one who struggles to live with this guilt thank you lord for your love thank you God amen
Wow this spoke to me on another level, I know I‘m a good Person deep down but i keep on failing, i did so many bad things, i try my best atleast on most days i try to not get lost in sin.
i feel like there is no point to living. I wont kill myself ever, but even though I'm a Christian i have lost hope. You don't have to pray for me. i just feel like i need to share this idk.
Many Pastor's struggle with this, and depression. Derek Prince talked about how he'd fast and pray more and more thinking that would make the depression leave until God showed him the depression was a person, not himself, Having that view helped him remove it from his life. He loves you and understands where you're at. Keep bringing your longing and brokenness to Him. The day is coming soon when He will wipe away our tears, heal our brokenness, and lift us up to live in His presence forever.

Romans 3:23-25 ESV
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, [24] and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, [25] whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith. This was to show God's righteousness, because in his divine forbearance he had passed over former sins.
1 Corinthians 10:31 ESV

[18] Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body. [19] Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; [20] you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies
Matthew 5:29-30 NLT
[29] So if your eye-even your good eye-causes you to lust, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. wow, i needed to hear that. Anytime I fall back into temptation or sin I feel too broken to seek God. But God truly welcomes us back with open arms every single time we fall. God's grace and love toward us is so beautiful, we truly cannot comprehend His great love.

You need to fast and pray acknowledging the sin through it confessing through repentance and asking for deliverance

Really scared of falling back again don’t trust myself but I’m trusting he’ll bring us out of the cycles ❤thank u Lord for your love .

Turn away from what you see so you can hear him
"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” 2 Corinthians 12:9. If you’re tired just remember in our weakness He is strong. Cry out to the Lord for He knows that you are tired. He will give you rest
I constantly say to myself:If God really created something out of nothing, then he can make something from everybody even out of me😔😮💨
Paul writes that none are good but God. Roman's 6:23
I Pray in Jesus name for healing, for standing up, for arising from darkness. I Pray Light of Jesus and His Blood over your life, His Spirit on you, guid you to light, to His children to get power back.
God will touch you and lead to people that will inspire and transform , when it happens Come Back and share it with us God is doing it now, and his Angels are arranging everything now
Words can’t express how relatable this is. I’m glad this popped up
todays my birthday. i messed up, i couldn't resist. its sunday. i needed this video, thank you. you are a blessing. im disappointed in myself, yet i don't touch the one thing to heal me of my sins.. my bible sits next to me wanting to be picked up, God wants me free and I keep saying no. how selfish. thank you for having such a way with words. this video made me cry. I need change and only im capable of starting that discipline.
God will never abandon you, he always loves and forgives. Jesus bless you
I cannot escape the sin of lust... Lord have mercy on me, a sinner
I do, however, hate how my sin separates me from my Heavenly Father…
I want to trust in Him like I did at first.
I introduced my brother to heroin and it killed him. Now I don't do drugs but I drink almost everyday. Thank you for your message. I can relate.
every time i return to God or i see something related to God after sinning, I feel a tingling feeling in my right cheek like as if it's a hand holding my cheek
I’ve finally overcome alcoholism, marijuana dependency, and nicotine withdrawal, thank you Christ. Lust is all that is left holding me back. How far disconnected I’ve become.
Once I knew of God , but now I’m proud to say I walk with him
,all praise to God almighty 🥲🙏🏻

The last day I quit smoking, God asked me Do you love that cigarette more than me. That was 11 years ago. Never smoked again
it is So important to get fed by his word and pray everyday!
Thank you, brother in Christ
I pray that, when the time comes, I'll be able to choose what is right rather than what is easy
You don’t know how much I needed to hear this this morning. God used you. Thank you brother.
most powerful, personable, and respectable video I’ve seen after mindlessly scrolling on TH-cam. Thank you for your message. But I thank you Father God for Your sacrifice and patience. Through You, i will be made whole.
So true bro We’re gonna make it Through but we must Take on this Journey with Jesus with us
I am a chronic prone addict. I have been since 13 I am now 26. I have meet the Lord many times and I still sin. God how I hate the sin
I love this you do, brother

Thank you Jesus for delivering me from cocain, alcoholism, and homosexuality!!! All things are POSSIBLE with God!! 🎉🥳🙌♥️
I hope you are able to fight it too, I know you can 💃💪
Also leave that guy, this yr I was in the same boat as you but as soon as he mentioned he doesn't believe in God.
Admitting you love the sin, it's one of the best ways of tearing down the wall, and hearing the Spirit speak into your life.
Saved by grace through faith not by works lest any man boast. Thank you King Jesus ❤
In another instance of too much sloth I was experiencing temptation, then this popped up and I clicked on it. Thank you man.
Thank you God. He renews my strength with strength greater than my own.
I truly wish everyone in this world could feel Gods love.
Dear Lord, deliver us from evil, Amen.
Amen
How long have you quit and how did you quit?
This is a honest question, do you think this applies to all christians who smoke, like for example Charles Spurgeon?
@@ninjarogue I mean why would god allow one person to commit a sin and not someone else. I was trying to understand if smoking was a sin or not and then I had the dream where god showed me that it was a sin and that i had to quit. Then i knew i had to stop and i fought the addiction with god. I prayed over and over for god to take the addiction away and with the help of god i broke free. It wasnt easy for me and i fell many times but with gods help everything is possible. Pray to god and ask him for help and realise that it is in fact a sin and that you need to repent of it. God bless.
@@Mudskippersarecool14 How long did it take you to finally quit after going back and forth?
Needed this man 🧍♂️ thanks for saying the words that I wouldn’t want to muster
The hours, days, weeks and months searching TH-cam for answers and finally, mercifully, the answer appears in a video two and half minutes long. Thank you Mr Ryan. Just what I’ve been searching for. 😢
Beautiful JESUS. Full of GRACE.

You calling me “not with anger , not with judgment “ just love those lines ❤❤❤❤
😭😭😭🔥💯🎯📖✨🕊️🙏 it's a visious cycle but thank God we have JESUS ❤
I struggle with lust and I feel dislocated from god but I’m going to keep on trying
For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.
Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.
For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.
What a beautiful video. & what a blessing for me at this time too. Keep up the work

You should consider doing a spiritual retreat in a monastery, blot out the noise of the world.
God bless

Hang in there darlin!God loves everyone of us as if there was only one of us!🙏😇🤗
I forgive you your sins. You are not defined by the mistakes you've made. You are defined by the love God has showered upon you. Thank you for this video.
wow!
was about to comment about the smoking, but then i understand what you did with this one!
this is so good and so relatable!
I am not a good person just forgiven for I was once a hopeless sinner now I am just a sinner with hope.
I feel this so much 💜 as a woman too
Wow bro. This was solid. Praise Jesus my man, he loves you too mate.
In our darkest moments, He is there when no one else is. You’re never alone when you walk with God. 🖤
You just said it all. God bless you bro
"So I'll mess up, feel guilty, then run right back to the very thing that's hurting me."
Man, never had a video speak exactly what had been going. Through my mind and speaking to my same struggle. It's proof the Holy Spirit is the same in us, giving us the conviction we need but also the hope that we need as well.
It was at this very moment of my entire day/week/year/life when I really needed to hear this that it shows up on my TH-cam. Thank you brother
I’ve gone through so much. And I’ve suffered trauma that’s been affecting me long term because of the church and it made my OCD worse. But I’m not going to give up on God. Jesus went through way more for me
Wow I need to learn not be so judgmental…the title of the video had me viewing you a certain way. Thank you for your words. Truly GOD-SPIRING.

Get in the word. Pray, get rid of all distractions. Trust in the Lord.
Wow. That was so relatable and at a such perfect timing. Thank God ❤
Wow this spoke to me on another level, I know I‘m a good Person deep down but i keep on failing, i did so many bad things, i try my best atleast on most days i try to not get lost in sin.
This was extremely helpful to hear.
Brother this had me tearing up and I raised my hand and said thank you God.
“And lo, I AM with you always, even unto the end of the world.” Amen. 🙏
i feel like there is no point to living.
Here's a short where he explains it better - th-cam.com/video/UB2bHMYo2Gc/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=BRMinistries
He loves you and understands where you're at. Keep bringing your longing and brokenness to Him. The day is coming soon when He will wipe away our tears, heal our brokenness, and lift us up to live in His presence forever.
