I love Refill. It works across Europe not just London which is great. I just wish you could sort by "open now" or "outdoor fountain" so your sustainability efforts aren't wasted by finding closed shops.
I don't recommend the bike apps. They are perfect for short term use, but £2 a day is about £60 a month, you can buy a used bike for that amount. I bought an electric bike for £200 and I had it for 11 months which works out to be just under £20 a month.
