I have a avante 550 2021 with this system. I keep getting a fault saying "communication fault" whale can't telle how to clear it or the supplier as they haven't been trained yet Any ideas?
Communication faults can be very difficult to determine and are most of the time intermittent which makes them almost impossible to diagnose, we had issues with an avante 868 last year. Which after replacing almost every component, the customer reported the issue came back after a period of time. However we have not seen or heard about this since. This is a very rare and almost isolated problem which whale have little knowledge of currently.
@@wiltshirecaravansltd3507 thank you for the reply. Hopefully it does go away on its own as I'm away at the weekend in it.. If it comes to it we'll have to use the sites showers and wash stations. Not very happy as it's only the 5th time of using it. I got onto Whale who batted it off to the supplier of the caravan. All being well this won't cost me anything to put right
