Vanessa is advancing both Vetto and Mereoleona through her passive, so the taunt gets removed since it's only 1 turn and Charlotte has taunt immunity. The only person who should get taunted is Vanessa but she doesn't attack lol. Unless I'm forgetting something. As long as Vanessa is on field you won't see taunts in most cases. But like you said it's probably just a bugged interaction.
I find it kind of funny that you forgot about Noelle. Shes been running the game since she released, im not surprised shes still the best tank in all teams but green
