They used the ATM to buy a company when they are hemorrhaging money. This is just indication they had nothing all along. I've been telling you this. The begining of the end was years ago. Check your comment history. I told you this would happen to the stock. You've clearly been wrong.
I just don't understand why MicroVision would add more complexity to their company, instead of just focusing on LiDAR for autos. Now, they mix in robotics, etc.??? Seems like another way for the company to distract investors while they figure out what the hell they are going to do. Other ADAS companies already have OEMs with their own ADAS technology. How MicroVision can sit with a straight face and say that these other companies have less progress with OEMs is beyond ridiculous.
Well, like I said, this new company comes with relationships with the big German automakers, and they’re already making software for ADAS. This adds some complexity, but with that, speeds up the automotive timeline and adds hundreds of new employees and millions of dollars of income to handle it.
it's not really complexity, it's more about diversification. you cant have your company rely off one product or type of customer. robotics automation is much more practical than personal cars and it's growing much faster then the automotive lidar market. personally im not even sure full self driving personal vehicles will be successful, i think there is too much of a liability relying on sensors and computers 24/7 and it's very expensive. how many accidents and deaths will it cause before we decide it's more sensical to drive yourself or what if it gets outlawed? Microvision making some similar moves to what Ouster has been doing. Ouster does "digital lidar" which is far superior to MEMS. they have been selling their lidar for quite a while now to automated trucking, bus, boats, dump trucks, fork lifts, army vehicles.. about a year ago Ouster bought another lidar company with a flash based sensor. Ouster has put smart city tech and robots before establishing any type of automotive customer. mind you, not one single company will rule the land especially when their sensor is made from "off the shelf" parts. MVIS only IP is the software. anyone can do what MVIS does, nobody needs to buy from MVIS
You're spot on correct. This company and it's leadership have ADHD,. They are basically a publicly traded engineering research lab that does nothing of monetizable value. What you're seeing now is the typical head fake that these pump and dump stocks engage in to propagate the racket a little longer. This company bought another company and will now focus their energy there. Mark my words. That should tell you everything you need to know about what they actually had and where they're going. I said years ago they would march to $0 per share. They're not that far away.

Bought some more when it dropped under $3 too. God I hope we're right about this company
It's a meme stock, you missed out during the pandemic
You were wrong. The company doesn't make any money. They'll be lucky to survive past 2023.

It went from 5 to 2.5 , how did it not lose value last year in the crash ?

What are the odds they would wake up and buy another Lidar company today?!
W.e ur thinking. Just think that many system these day are base on sensors. Ai system...etc.
I think they should change the leaders of this company to be successful
thanks for the vid
Are you still holding?
Yes indeed. Im holding until the company goes under or becomes the leader in the industry!
