I’m going through the journey of Alzheimer’s with my mom. She dramatically declined these past few weeks. As a nurse I thought I could be stoic but I’m a big cry baby seeing my mom suffer. We are starting the process of palliative/hospice care ( at least I’m asking today when we speak with her provider) my dad is her prince and surely needs our support as well. They been married 69 years and happily and lovingly so. Ty for sharing a part of your mom with us. You gave me a bit more strength today to do my best in caring for my mom. ❤️

What a great positive from such a huge negative. This is also a fantastic way for a family to spend time with a loved one who is suffering from Alzheimer's and other similiar deseases. My own father suffered from Alzheimer's Desease, and spending time with him and talking about the past was very reassuring to him right up until he passed away in 2017.
